There were just a lot of little things that were problematic. The faucet in the sink was broken. There is only one computer type chair in the room. Nowhere to sit and relax. The ice machine was broken. The coffee at breakfast was horrible and cold. The lock to the side door did not work with the key card. I wouldn’t recommend. In fact, we actually left a day early.

There is nothing saying that there is massive construction going on in the lobby and 1st floor hallway. My room was covered with concrete dust, the exterior door was never locked, I had to listen to construction workers on a Sunday until after 630pm and then started before 7am. I had to walk around the building to get the breakfast which was horrible, my food tasted like dust taste

Honestly, this motel probably shouldn’t even be open. If I had my wife with me on this trip, I probably wouldn’t have gotten out of the car and would have just eaten the cost and gone elsewhere. As I pulled up into the parking lot I wondered if it was open. There is obviously a lot of renovation work going on and as I went into the lobby there was work actively going on, and as I checked in I noticed there was drywall dust covering everything. Because of the work you cannot access rooms through the lobby, so I was told to use the rear entrance. I went to the back and the door has no latching mechanism, so the motel is open to anywho wants to walk right in. Talk about unsafe! Rooms next to mine and across the hall are in various stages of repair and their doors are propped open. The hallway carpets, as you can imagine with all this work going on are filthy. My room is fairly clean but there was some dust and dirt on the bed covers. Nowhere on the hotel page provided by Expedia, or on the motel’s own website is there any mention of work going on. I am usually a pretty forgiving customer, but I can truly say this is the worst place I have ever stayed. I don’t blame Expedia for the condition of the hotel, but I do think Expedia should check the conditions of properties before putting them on your website. I trust what I see on your site and this time you failed me.

Convenient to schools. Poorly maintained. Carpet was dirty. Bath room has water damage and neglected areas. Hallway ceiling has water damage.

Receptionist must have a bad day- asked for "name" and "ID" and described room location as "eft and down the hall". Continental breakfast included juice, coffee, and an orange or apple?????

My room #226 smelled like an ashtray when we arrived. I told the desk but they didnt have another room. Had to sleep with the window open and fan going to try to air it out. Expedia said they had continental breakfast but they don't. Definitely disappointed

Molded and unrenovated. There is never anyone at the front desk and they advertise that they have free breakfast but at our stay there was 3packs of oatmeal 6 fruits and the didn’t even have milk just hot water.

When we booked online it said there was breakfast. When we woke up there was nothing. Staff said the owner doesn’t want to do it anymore but still advertises it. Also our checkin took 30 mins and was horrible

Check in was rude. Only one room key worked. Smelled like cigarette smoke Air conditioner was so loud Good water pressure in the shower. Quiet besides the air conditioner. Clean rooms.

Everything was good. My husband, my daughter, and I stayed two nights at the hotel. Room was clean, beds comfortable. The room had a fridge and microwave. The only thing I didn’t like is instead of real breakfast they put fake, plastic food, decorations. I recommend to remove fake food from the countertop. if there is no breakfast, it’s fine, but fake food looks funny.

I selected this place over others due to it offering free breakfast. Choice of coffee, juice apple or orange and instant oatmeal is not complementary breakfast. This is borderline fraud and at least ‘bait and switch’!

Easy check in as I had paid online with hotels.com. The receptionist asked where I wanted to be placed and was given my choice. We were only there overnight, only disappointment was there was not much of a breakfast and no half and half for coffee. Room was comfortable, loved having the frig and microwave available.

Both end doors of unit , which should be locked, couldn’t. Water all over our wing of the first floor. Toilet plunger two doors from ours. We had to use it too!!!! Awful awful awful!!!!

The hotel is not as advertised. Bathroom was filthy we couldn’t even shower. Breakfast is being discontinued without notice so there wasn’t anything to eat in the morning. There was, however very tacky “fake” food on display where food should’ve been. It was horrible.

Pubic hair, pubic hair, found in the bathroom every day of my four nights day. This was one of five rooms. I brought it to the attention of the desk help the day we checked in. It was still there the day we checked out, nasty, nasty, super nasty.

Scenic Hotel Location
The natural site of this hotel. It was really green all around it. On route to the hotel, the Traffic was almost nothing during the night. daytime travel was very scenic.

The main reason for the overall poor rating was the extraneous noise (people talking loudly in the lobby area) that woke me up on two consecutive nights. My room was steps away from the check-in counter and had I known this was going to be a problem I would have immediately requested a different room upon arrival.

Shower was disappointing
The shower was not good. There was visible black mold on the seams, and the shower fixture was confusing and the water pressure was very low.
