Très bon hôtel historique. Le lobby est de type “classique” très beau. Les chambres sont très confortables mais un peu petites selon les critères actuels, de plus le décor est classique et non moderne. On se sent un peu comme si nous étions dans les années 50. C’est mon deuxième séjour et j’y retournerai sûrement.

The architecture was beautiful! And even though there were several high school teams staying there for a tournament, it was quiet. The staff was very efficient and helpful.

Great downtown stay in a charming hotel! We enjoyed the warmth and comfort of the room and convenience of location. The lobby is also architecturally cool. Will be back!

Grand, historic hotel. Quiet room, but essentially no view (looked out on other wing of the building). Carpet ascending stairs to lobby a little worn. These things aside, it was excellent, including service from doorman/bell captain.

Stop at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Encourage me to join the Omni hotels membership, which shielded us a glass of House wine in the lobby bar for free as a welcome gift. Hotel is very old-school glamorous. There were a couple of weddings happening in and around the property and it was nice to watch. Lovely property.

TV didnt work, alarm clock went off at 6am when we didnt program it to, room keys werent working so someone from desk needed to let us in each time, no room service after 11pm. No sundry shop on premises. No vending machines.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms are very spacious. What we didn’t like was no pool and the bed wasn’t comfortable.

Nice place. 4 minutes from the subway station. Parking garage right in front of it ($8 per day on the weekend). A few homeless people West of it toward the culture district. Nice room although the bathroom sink was a little small.

The Omni hotel is a beautiful building! It's centrally located and we had no problems at all when we stayed there. The tap room had good beer options and the fitness room was very good. We didn't check out the other dining options. Parking at the hotel is very expensive but we used a public lot right across the street that is much cheaper.

The Omni William Penn is absolutely sublime! From the moment you enter, you are catered to which is something that is often times missed at other properties. We love staying at the Omni even though we live in the city of Pittsburgh! Check out the speak easy! Location is so convenient to the Cultural District to check out a show or great food!

Had the absolute BEST weekend at the Omni. I let them know we were there celebrating my birthday, and Candace, Kayla, and Laine made sure I felt super special. From complimentary upgrades to little touches around our room-it was perfect. Location was also perfect for a concert at the PPG center. Will def be back!

Room had dirty floor and dust all over. Couldn’t get elevator to work after trying several times another guest told us you had to scan key card. Front desk didn’t tell us. Room was not up to par clean, and bath tube leaked and dripped all night long keeping my wife and I both awake.

Nice old hotel. Charming, however needs some updating. Queen sized beds instead of fulls would be much more comfortable. One of the bathrooms countertop in bead of replacement not just repair. Otherwise a great stay.

My husband and I have stayed at the Omni quite a few times when we come into Pittsburgh because we have always had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and the staff has always been friendly. However, this particular stay we had a horrible experience with the bartender named Marissa. She was horribly rude and even her bar manager could not control her attitude that evening. But the next morning we spoke with Joe, who is the day manager, and he was so polite and completely apologetic for her absurd behavior and ensured us that he would be speaking with her. Unfortunately this incident took place on Saturday evening, and Marissa was working Sunday evening, so after the Penguins game we opted not to have drinks at Palm Court because we did not want to deal with her again. But we did not let that one horrible experience affect the rest of our stay. To the other staff at Palm Court, Nick and Bob, you both are amazing. To Laurie who bartends The Tap Room, you are so fun to be around and you always provide such awesome service. Thank you, Joe, for your willingness to rectify our horrible experience we had with Marissa. Because of your attentiveness to this issue, we have given you 5 stars in all categories and will be willing to continue to stay at the Omni William Penn.
