Personnel très accueillant,très sympathiques,très disponible.A l'accueil Ricky,Hélène,Jessica,Anna sans oublié Arlington(Lobby host). Au spa Anna, Lesha,Dianna.Au restaurant Chereel Buzette. Restaurant et spa un peu chers. Troisième séjour,nous reviendrons.

Cet hôtel est vraiment unique! Situé dans une baie et les chambres et villas sont sur la colline avec une vue magnifique! Beaucoup de résidents reviennent année après année!! Et le personnel est vraiment sympathique.

Sejour satisfaisant dans l'ensemble mais le reveillon du 24 decembre a ete tres tres decevant car il n'y a rien eu! Aucune animation, aucun chant de noel ni repas de reveillon le 24 au soir! Les restaurants dont par ailleurs tres chers piur des prestations banales

Hôtel très sympa
Dans une belle baie, cet hôtel est comme un petit village du sud sur une colline. Le personnel est fantastique, ainsi que les restos. L’hotel opere un système de navette pour accéder aux villas et chambres. Nous les avons très peu prises car nous aimions l’exercice!!!!

Hotel accueillant de style méditerranéen
Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, et en avons été très satisfait. Très bon accueil, beaucoup de charme, grande villa (d'un confort simple mais avec unb très grand lit et tres spacieuse et lumineuse), il règne une très belle ambiance dans cet Hôtel. La plage est très agréable , le cadre du resto l'Upper Deck intimiste et très plaisant et la nourriture était bonne, le seul bémol est le resto buffet petite dejeuner, pas terrible (ni cadre intérieur ni nourriture peu de choix et 34 dollars le petit dej buffet très cher pour ce que c'est). Je recommande cet hôtel pour son cadre et son ambiance relaxante.

Toujours excellent.... C'est notre 3ème séjour en couple. Le personnel est dévoué, souriant et compétent. Notre villa avec piscine offrait tout le confort attendu et le vis-à-vis entre les villas est quasi inexistant malgré la taille du resort.

Hôtel Winjammer Landing à Sainte Lucie
L'hôtel est situé dans un très bel environnement. La plage est belle et parfaitement adaptée aux enfants : mer calme , pente douce pour entrer dans l'eau, jeux aquatiques pour les plus grands, la piscine principale est à une volée de marches. Le personnel est au petit soin pour la clientèle : la compagnie aérienne avait perdu une de nos valises, ils se sont immédiatement proposés pour s'en occuper, notre chambre avait le téléphone et la wifi hors de service, ils nous ont proposé un changement de chambre après un essai infructueux pour le réparer, le service au restaurant est parfait. Je conseillerai la formule all inclusive car le petit déjeuner à la carte est à environ 20 euros, et les repas à 50, sauf pour ceux qui prendront une villa avec cuisine ( les supermarchés sont à une course de 10 euros en taxi , une petite supérette chère peut également dépanner sur place). De plus avec la formule all inclusive pour les amateurs le ski nautique est compris; quand nous y étions la maximum de queue était de 3 personnes. Le seul bémol est qu'il faut parler anglais ( quelques mots ne suffisent pas) pour bien profiter de ses vacances car aussi bien le personnel que la clientèle uniquement américaine et anglaise( nous étions les seuls Français) aiment bien échanger. En conclusion nous avons adoré nos vacances et nous y retournerons cette fois ci avec nos enfants.

I enjoyed my stay, I came here during the carnival in July and everything was amazing. My room was clean, and the balcony looking at the beach was beautiful. The lobby and staff were all amazing, kind and very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again in the future when I come back in the future. My experience was lovely and the food on the resort was great as well.

Pros: Excellent food. Lots of choices and delicious Resort is beautiful and well maintained. Very clean Beds were very comfortable Beach is small but nice, lots of comfortable lounges No beach towel check-out Pools were warm and clean. Kids congregated in the main pool but the two other pools were quiet The staff is very friendly Cons: Drinks were not good. Sodas were flat, Jammers served weak drinks, too sweet. DragonFly had the best drinks. Drink pricing was confusing. Some bartenders said Patron was on the all-inclusive while others (and the book) said they were not (we were not charged). Some glasses of wine were charged because they said we didn't specify House Wine Housekeeping is lacking. Some days 2 towels some days 4. Sometimes they left no water bottles. They didn't sweep until the last day so had to brush sand off feet before getting into bed. We put a towel over the bathroom window because the shade wasn't private but they kept taking it down No evening entertainment except someone singing in each restaurant. No dancing. No casino. No shows. Ocean has lots of rocks and grass. We had floats to keep our feet off the bottom thankfully The resort in on a hill so if you don't like to hike hills, don't go. Shuttles are limited Recommendations: You absolutely need to make dinner reservations before arrival or you will be left with 9:00 PM dinners You need to reserve your beach lounge chairs right away upon arrival or you won't get one

Overall we had a fantastic stay at windjammer. The beach is amazing, the people are nice, and the food was surprisingly good. However - there’s some room for improvement. Pros: - incredible location, and beautiful beach - good restaurants. Better than what we expected from an all inclusive place - spacious rooms with amazing (!!!) views - mostly friendly and welcoming staff. Kizzi, Karen and robin in particular were stellar. - lots of amenities without feeling like a giant resort. Small enough for you to get to know staff etc - calm and family friendly vibe Cons: - rooms were big and decently appointed but could do with a renovation. Our bathroom tub was cracked, our showers lacked water pressure, and the furnishings were cheap and without much soul. - their internal records seem to be a total mess. This is something they really need to work on. When I called to book an airport pickup 2 weeks prior to the trip, they told me our trip had been cancelled. Took them a few hours to sort out and find the reservation again. And while we were there, everything from restaurant bookings to bookings of beach chairs etc was totally chaotic and included multiple instances of double bookings etc. it became a running joke for us and several other guests who were experiencing similar issues. Things almost always got resolved in the end, but it wasted a lot of time and effort for all.

The resort property was beautiful and we loved that it’s right on the beach and had multiple pool options. The Ocean view from our room was also stunning! Check in took a long time, which after a long flight and 1 1/2 hour drive from the airport, was disappointing. They give a lot of info at that point and it would be better if explained in a welcome package because we weren’t in a place to take all that info in. Orientation was helpful but I wished more was explained I.e. renting beach chairs, where pools are located, etc. rather than promoting the shops. Food was…fine. Breakfast buffet is really good but the lunch and dinner options always left us a bit disappointed. Not that we thought it would be amazing Indian, but the Indian restaurant doesn’t include rice with their entrees and the naan is more similar to a tortilla. That said, staff are all so kind and helpful no matter what role they are in. My ocean view room was nice on the surface but I didn’t expect the outdoor shower and toilet. There was also a water leak in our room so we had to place a towel down every day to avoid slipping. We didn’t complain about it to staff, just dealt with it. The common areas are nice and they have everything you might need throughout the day. We had a couples massage and both my husband and I loved it. The staff remembered it was our honeymoon and they prepared a cake and custom drinks for us after our massages. Lastly, the cats and dog on the resort are also adorable!

Paradise found. Everything is self contained and available at this fabulous resort. The service was extraordinary! Fun activities, awesome spa and they build a sense of community that welcomes you. It feels small but really holds lots of people many of them have been coming here for 10 years. The views, rooms, food choices, activities are diverse and there is something for everyone. Most places also had great live music at night. I’m sure we’ll be back .. highly recommend

This was the best vacation. It is unique in it is located in its own cove and feels private. At the same time, it is big enough to offer everything you need without feeling like a big hotel or condominium project. It was really lovely, and the staff was great and appreciative.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate and even though it is a big resort, it didn’t feel like it. Splurge on the Signature massage. It was amazing!

The staff is what makes this resort worth the stay! The resort is on a beautiful setting, small, but nice beach. Again, can't say enough about the staff and their friendliness! On the downside...quite removed from Rodney Bay and Casteries...the Taxi situation is quite expensive for each trip to any other area.

We liked that the water sports were all included in the All Inclusive Plan. Food, cocktails, wine, beer was all very good. Our Hilltop Villa was lovely with beautiful sunset beach views, bigger than expected and had a kitchen and laundry room included.

Truly a world class resort. We had a fantastic stay with top notch service in a beautiful location. I cannot recommend this resort enough. My one recommendation to the resort would be to have more entertainment in the evenings, if possible! There was a fantastic singing trio on the Wednesday evening we arrived, but we were bummed out that it was the only time we would have seen them during our stay. I am hoping to come back to the Windjammer again.
