Personnel pas gentil. Des travaux dans l’hôtel, on ne sais même pas se reposer. Le spa à vomir dans une cave rempli d’insectes.. La seule chose positif, c’était la vue.

Well located, calm and nice pool
Well located with an amazing pool area. Excellent breakfast. The room I stayed was a bit dated and bathroom needs renovation. Apart from that, satisfied.

Un peu déçu par l'hôtel. Personnel sympa. Odeur d’égouts dans le hall de l'hôtel. Très limite!! Wifi inexistant malgré de nombreuses demandes à la réception. Handicapant. Pas mal placé. Prix très correct, alors que peut-on demander....

Tes bel hôtel, vue splendide, 0 400m de la plage
La situation de l'hôtel dans une rue sécurisée, calme est un plus. La vie nocturne de Phuket les commerces et restaurants sont à 2 pas de l'hotel, En revanche pour se rendre a la plage il faut traverser une rue très très encombrée. Malgré sa situation l'hôtel est silencieux, La piscine est très agréable, je recommande.

初めて夫婦で8泊しました。便利な立地です。ビーチ、ショッピング、食事どれも徒歩圏内！ ホテルロビーでランチしましたが美味しかった。部屋もこれと言って困る事なく利用できましたし、日本人スタッフがいるので日本人スタッフに直接話すのが何でもスムーズに済みました。プーケット旅行の時はリピートしたいホテルです。

Lovely hotel. One of the best hotels to stay in Patong with amazing facilities. Walking distance from the Patong beach and Bangla road. I booked it during my anniversary and it didn’t disappoint. One feedback: please upgrade your tv so that guests can connect to Netflix and other OTTs.

The pool is too small for the size of the hotel. The hotel is a victim of the "barbarians" that have taken over Patong. Rudeness everywhere. The suite was fine, not wonderful.

Loved our stay
We loved our stay. We booked the Paradise Suite and it was great, overlooking the pool and the city. The restaurant options at the hotel are awesome. The breakfast was amazing, credit to the chefs and staff. We loved the pool and the pool bar, spending a lot of time here! Beautiful decor throughout the hotel.

We had stayed in this hotel for a couple of days and it was not worth it due to following reasons: 1. We were told on checkin to come back at 3pm and the room would be ready for us. Coming back after 3pm we were told they just started cleaning the room and we had a 2 year old that was tired and needed rest after an 9 hour flight. 2. We had taken partial deluxe sea view but the windows weren't clean 3. The bathroom was moldy and dirty. 4. Staff is not that polite they have no value for guest no hotel staff present to help at morning for luggage. 5. On checkout staff accused us of taking the laundry bag. Who the hell would want to take a laundry bag from the room. After telling them off they told us to not to worry.
