Such an incredible paradise! Staff is getting out of their way to meet all your expectations. Such a perfect location in the middle of a lush vegetation where wildlife is ever so present. Incredible views. Luxury in paradise island! One of my most memorable experience.

Un séjour top relaxant !
Le lieu de l’hotel est splendide au milieu de la végétation, un vrai havre de paix. Le personnel est au petit soin, la cuisine est excellente que ce soit les petits déjeuners, ou bien les dîners. La plage de l’hotel est jolie, il n’y a personne comme les villas ont chacune leur piscine, on est seul à se baigner en mer dans une eau à bonne température. J’ai testé le spa, les locaux sont également très sympa et relaxants. Vélo à disposition pour faire le tour de l’ile. L’hotel dispose d’acces privilégiés pour visiter certaines îles avant la foule, top !!! Sans oublier la vue sur les limestones et la mer. Bref, je recommande cet hôtel Sixsenses, une super expérience.

3eme sejour dans cet hotel apres avoir vecu 7 annees en Asie et visite beaucoup d'hotels dans la Region. D'acces tres rapide de l'aeroport de Phuket. La cuisine, le service, l'extreme confort des chambres, le calme en font un petit paradis.

We just completed our 4 night holiday at Six Senses Yao Noi. After visiting over 100 countries, I can say this place left a lasting impression on my wife and my 2 year old son. We loved every minute of our stay. The rooms were perfect and the views were beautiful. Shoutout to our wonderful G.E.M., Margie. She always made sure we were happy and even upgraded us to villa 54 on our last night! Everyday she would checkin on us and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She’s always accessible via WhatsApp. The staff are all so friendly and smiling. They genuinely want you to have an amazing holiday. They really go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable, taken care of and have everything you need. We dined at chefs table, hilltop, living room and the dining room, and all the meals were amazing. Breakfast was great and special shout-out to Kwan, the manager at the living room. Everyday he would make sure to talk to us and make us his special cocktail. The ice cream shop was also amazing and we went multiple times a day! There is so many great things I can say about this place. My wife and son had an amazing time on both of our tours. We did the phi phi island and Prang Na bay tours. Both of them were private tours and the tour guides were great. The weather was amazing and the resort provided buggy’s to take us anywhere in the resort. Truly happy with our experience and would recommend this place to others.

とてもリラックス出来た滞在でした！スタッフのほとんどが笑顔でお迎えしてくださり、英語ほとんど出来なくても理解してくれようとしていただき助かりました。　アンドロイドOSではホテルのアプリが使えず、どんなサービスだったのかとても気になりますが、GEMがLINEを繋げてくださり、非常に多方面で助けていただき、有意義な時間を過ごせました！　次回はホテル外を自転車等で散歩してみたいです！

A very good hotel - great service, beautiful jungle grounds and a stunning infinity pool. Food was great quality but we were unable to eat in the Thai restaurant (Dining Room) which was either full (first night) or closed (next three nights) which was a shame as it meant to eat Thai food we were in the general Living Room restaurant with families with young children -not what we wanted. The hotel also needs to ensure that it’s wine list is fully available. The only white/rose available by the glass in the Living Room restaurant was a chardonnay during our stay. When buying a bottle instead we were told all the lower value options except chardonnay were also not available and offered other far more expensive wines including a bottle that cost 6000 baht (nearly £150). These are small things, easily fixed that would have made the hotel offering much more consistent with the brand.

From arrival at Phuket airport to departure again all was just perfect. Fantastic Six Senses service. Amazing pool villa with stoning view. Great breakfast and tasty food at restaurants. Our GEM k. Zoe was there 24/7. Thank you all for unforgettable week.

Few things were annoying: 1. Adjacent to our villa construction took place for all day, we had to complain multiple times for it to be stopped by the end of the day ! 2. We had late night flight, we did request late check out, we endded up staying at the reception are, no privacy , noisy small reception area which mostly used by the hotel managment, the resort does not have a pleasant place for gusts to stay for few hours!! 3. For people that are planning to enjoy the beach, the sea water is not clear, unplasent for swimming. During our 4 day stay mostly we had not seen gusts were seating at the beach.

Please let me apologize again for the noise disturbance on your first afternoon, that was clearly not well planned from our side. In regards to the late checkout, as communicated to you, we were fully booked on your departure day and not able to offer you a late checkout in your villa. That said, we were offering one of our day use rooms to you to use until your departure, which you declined. We do also have a lounging area at our Hilltop restaurant as well as the living room, besides the library you choose. It is true that most of our guests are enjoying swimming in our hilltop pool as it offers a stunning view across the Krabi islands. Still a good number of our guests enjoy a swim at our Mai Thai beach. Hoping to welcome you back one day to show you a sunnier side of our small island. Kind regards, Stefan

The entire property is amazing. With only 60 villas this is a true privacy gem. Fantastic experience from check-in, spa treatments, complimentary yoga, breakfast, dinner, and drop-off at airport. The views are as breathtaking as the pictures online suggest.

Not the 5 star experience we were expecting
Came here for our honeymoon after being recommended by our wedding planner. It was very disappointing to say the least. Firstly the cleaning was not up to par. Even after we had a fly lay maggots in the room - we should have had a deep clean throughout but my wife found a dead cockroach and gecko egg when she pulled the blinds down (something our turndown service never did!). Our spa treatment (90 min massage) was one of the worst I ever had. I was bored throughout and wanted it to end. It’s definitely not the 5 star experience we were looking forward to. What I would say is that The Resort Manager, Alicia was really good at listening to our complaints and feedback at the end of our stay. Hopefully the feedback will help with future visitors.
