It was our great pleasure to have you stayed with us recently and thank you very much for your kind gave us 5/5 this time. We are appreciated your kind concerned with experienced of English communication with our team members and apologize for this happened. We therefore having the internal department training during low season and there are slightly improving. The drinks issue that also needs attention and I will re check the quality while making sure it's all up to standard, wine price we set them up similar to another local resorts and keep the price the same for almost 2 years while we did not have plan to increase for this. Perhaps, if you could describe the quality and price with comparison then we can learn from you for our improvements.It is great to hear you loved exercises and enjoyed the time with us this time and we are looking forward to your return visit soon. Friendliness should be a paramount in our daily routines and we will work on this hard to have more smiles on our faces. we investigated your comment on the Cockroaches as described in your comment to upgrade our pest-control we do have notice some bugs which are bug and look very similar as decripted as Palm tree beetles which we are collecting around resort on daily base. The rooms especially the bathroom it was started to re- silicon which we had already started since month.
