We stayed at the Privado section of the property. (Family of 4) Since it is a huge property, golf carts are recommended if you want to go to the other side where the other pools are (water slides). Beautiful scenery, grounds are kept clean and staff are attentive. Will stay again!

This is a beautiful, manicured property. It is clean, safe, and family-friendly. We enjoyed the pools, dining, and nearby shopping and hiking trails. We would stay here again!

Another excellent stay at this gem! Anaya at the front desk gave us a warm welcome and sent treats up to our room for our son’s birthday. Thank you, Anaya! This place is clean, quiet, super comfortable, love the breakfast buffet, and the choices of pools. Great views too! Best place to stay in Scottsdale!

We loved our stay at the fairmont! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The lobby dogs were a highlight. The rooms were cozy and luxurious. The food at la Hacienda and Toro was superb. The only thing that would make the experience even better would be a shuttle to take you to local places (shopping and dining) my husband had work nearby and had to uber only 1.5 miles away. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

Beautiful landscaping, excellent staff with superior quality service. Great for families with young children or people who love to play golf. I choose this place because of location and the spa. Unfortunately I was with my 16year old daughter who was not allowed to use the spa, so that was disappointing. No spa for us. We thought we were going to get massages and facials, but the fine print on the spa is no teens allowed! She was also not allowed to use the gym. Not a resort that is friendly to teenagers.

It was raining and there were flooded areas or deep water off of stairs. There should be an effort to clear once rain passed and or place signage. Also room service incredibly expensive and when it came (over an hour) it was cold. My colleague had the same experience.

For the amount that you’re paying I’ve stayed at very many different high-end hotels. This place is really rundown. It is not worth the money that is being charged won’t come back.

One of my absolute favorite hotels. Bedding and linens are exceptional. Nightly turn down service and housekeeping are top notch. I have been returning here for over 21 years and have never been disappointed once.

Amazing Staff and Experience
Everyone at the Fairmont is so helpful and kind. We stayed for New Years Eve and from the valet, bell desk, reception, room service and restaurant staff, everyone we encountered made our stay so enjoyable. The property is always amazing to see during Christmas but also extra special for New Years with fireworks and dj party. This may be our new annual tradition!

This was an annual holiday family vacation we take every year. This property never fails to disappoint. We always stay for the Christmas at the Princess event and in the casitas, now the Privado Suites. Staff is always fantastic. Rooms are very nice, clean and functional. Looking forward to future visits.
