Bémol: stationnement valet à 53$US. Nous avons trouvé un stationnement extérieur public à proximité pour 35$US. Ceci augmente considérablement le prix de la chambre.

Hôtel proche du centre
L'accueil est très bien, la chambre spacieuse, bien aménagée, avec 2 bouteilles d'eau, du café. Hélas le bruit de la clim EXTÉRIEURE était insupportable, on nous a changé de chambre sans problème. Chambre faite à la demande. Excellent petit déjeuner. Bravo!

Nous avons du faire changer les draps qui étaient sales. On nous a balancé des draps a changer nous mêmes. La chambre n'a pas été faite, il a fallu le demander car la chambre n'est pas faite sans demande, impossible le jour même pas d'employés sur le site. Pas de savon pour les mains durant les 3 nuits malgré nos nombreuses demandes pas de bain car pas de bouchon dans la baignoire. Petit déjeuner digne d'un Formule 1. Employés à la réception très désagréables. Hotel indigne de la chaîne HILTON. Ne pas recommander. G Poyen

The place has 3 elevators, 1 did not work all 6 days. Then the other 2 worked intermittently causing people to walk up the stairs. The free breakfast was very good. Staff nice and friendly.

We enjoyed the staff. The first day only 1 of 3 elevators worked. There was a convention and the hotel was very crowded. It took FOREVER to catch the only elevator, or you went down a floor via stairs to go up to our 4th floor! Very aggravating for us. The next day there were 2 elevators working. It made a huge difference, but the 3rd elevator was still not working...Even the hotel staff were frustrated.

We had booked a two night stay a month ago. Upon arrival we were informed we had been bumped for the first night. Although the staff found us another hotel, it was 40 minutes away and outside the city. We had chosen the Hampton due to its centrality. Needless to say, our plans had to completely change. The hotel itself was nice once we were able to check in the next day. I am not sure if this is a Hampton or Expedia problem. I was assured there would be a refund as we had to pay for the other hotel ourselves. I am still waiting for a follow up three days later.

Front desk staff was extremely rude, did not get room service once the entire stay. I was also charged twice for the hotel stay even though it was paid for in January and the stay was for April. I double charged the deposit and when asking the staff she rudely said “well you getting it back anyways” would never stay at another Hampton Inn again.

I would have given a better rating, the overall stay was good but the day before my check out (during my stay) housekeeping went to the room took the towels didn’t leave clean towels I had to call 3 times and go to lobby to get 2 towels and we were 3 but the worse part is they took the shower curtain, I didnt realize til late evening and when I called I never had anyone go up o replace. On my checkout they said manager wouldn’t talk to me and didn’t offer me any type of discount, they did offer reward points but I informed Im not part of their reward program and wouldn’t benefit from it. Its not a major issue but on vacation you dont want to worry about cleaning wet floors.

The major reason I enjoyed staying here was because I was less than a five minute distance walk to the WWE convention center. It had a good selection of breakfast in the morning with good times and housecleaning did a good job of cleaning our room.
