SUPER SEJOUR
Très bel hôtel impeccablement entretenu situé sur une très jolie plage propre et nettoyée par l’hôtel Très belle piscine Petit déjeuner excellent et très copieux À notre arrivée nous avons été surclassés gratuitement et nous avions donc une chambre avec vue sur la mer Le personnel est très serviable, chaleureux, souriant et toujours prêt à vous aider Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel Petite info : nous avons loué un scooter en face de l’hôtel pour sillonner plus facilement et nous recommandons d’aller manger des fruits de mer directement chez les pêcheurs en contrebas de la route en bord de mer au fishing village de Mui Né.

Il n'y a rien à reprocher à cet hôtel. Le cadre est paradisiaque : un jardin tropical irréprochable, un personnel au petit soin en permanence. Un buffet au petit déj impressionnant de choix et d'une qualité au top ! La chambre était fabuleuse ! Piscine magique !

Un havre de paix
Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cet etablicement avec nos enfants de 17 et 4 ans. Tout le monde etait satisfait de ce magnifique hotel. Notre chambre famiale offrait un bel espace de jeu pour notre petit fils et un comfort inegalé pour nous. Les lits sont très comfortables. La terrasse est grande. La douche à l'italienne et le baignuare offre le choix. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue. Les transates sont toujours disponibles; ainsi que les serviettes. Les petits cabans au bord de la piscine sont superb. Les fleurs sont partout, les oiseaux chantent des le matin... Même lorsque l'hotel est complet on a l'impression d'etre les seuls au monde! Reposant et paisible.

Modernes Hotel mit wunderschönem Außenbereich ( großes Lob an die Gärtner ;) Direkte Blick aufs Meer wenn man am Pool auf den guten Liegen liegt. Frühstück sehr vielfältig und sehr geräumige Bungalows!

My stay at Aroma Beach Resort & Spa from 9-12 Oct 2023 was nothing short of exceptional. The upgrade to a sea view bungalow set the tone for an outstanding experience. The staff's warm reception and especially the staff who drove and provide me efficient room introduction were outstanding. Meticulous housekeeping ensured a consistently clean and comfortable room. The complimentary breakfast featured an extensive spread of local food, complemented by unique poolside beverages, adding to the enjoyment. Swimming pools not excessively large, were decent enough to enjoy a refreshing swim. Notably, the resort was undergoing maintenance, but a thoughtful letter prepared me for potential disruptions, which, surprisingly, were minimal and unobtrusive. The room met high standards, with the only minor drawback being weak bathroom water pressure. I was delighted to see the resort's consistent excellence during my stay, even seven years after my previous visit. I highly recommend Aroma Beach Resort & Spa to those seeking a tranquil beachfront escape in Muine. It's worth noting that the Google Maps rating might not reflect the true quality of the resort. Photos matched reality, and the exceptional service made it challenging to single out individual contributions. This compelling experience led me to emphasize the resort's high standards and my desire to return in 2024.

Pros The staff are all very very friendly! Ignore the comments from 2 years ago or more, this is not the case anymore. Everyone greeted us with a smile and tried to go the extra mile, even when they couldn’t speak English. The hotel grounds are B E A U Tiful. We had a free upgrade to the village bungalows and it was amazing! The bathroom has all sorts of amenities you would expect from such a hotel and we got two towels per person plus a bath mat. In our room was a kettle, tea and coffee, a fridge with buyable drinks plus free water. The seaview from the restaurant is stunning, especially as you can watch the sunset from where you eat! Just make sure you wear mosquito spray before you go for dinner or you’ll get eaten alive like we did the first night 😜 The pool area is very nice with plenty of loungers and clean. There are towels available at the pool. Cons Shower is very nice but the water is not very pressurised, could only just about wash my fine short hair! Also the shower head holder was not adjustable and it is placed at an awkward angle so when you turn the shower on it makes the bathroom floor really wet. The worker’s English proficiency is very bad, this needs massive improvement! As it is an issue with alot of the staff in guest service points (reception, restaurant, pool bar) I feel that the hotel should provide an English course for their personnel. So many times it took the receptionists forever to understand us,e.g. when we asked to borrow a bicycle.

Tolles Hotel, sauber, tolle Zimmer schön gestaltet und komfortabel. Der Strand ist wunderschön. Wir hatten Glück und es waren kaum andere Gäste da und man hatte den Strand & Pool quasi für sich allein. Der Garten und das Poolgelände sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich . Das Frühstück ist sehr gut sowohl asiatisch wie auch europäisch. Bis in die statt und zu anderen Restaurants ist es ein Stück, dies lässt sich aber gut über GRAB (Taxi) regeln. Dafür hat man hier am Strand weniger Menschen und mehr Ruhe…

Tolles Resort
Die Hotelanlage ist herlich, sehr schöner Garten mit Palmen und ein riesen Pool. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Service ist sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Der Anlage liegt direkt am Strand der ebenfalls sauber war. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

강추입니다.
객실이 매우 깔끔하고 수영장도 해변과 붙어있어 편리합니다. 호텔 음식점도 외부에 나갈필요 없을 정도로 가격이 합리적이고 메뉴도 다양합니다. 리셉션에서 지프투어도 예약가능하고 돌아가는 버스표 보여주시면 버스회사에 연락하여 호텔로 들르게 해 주더군요. 직원들도 전체적으로 친절합니다.

가족들끼리 편히 쉬었다 갈수 있는 호텔
야자수 잎으로 지붕을 장식했는데 좋은 분위기를 느낄 수 있었음. Swimming Pool은 beach와 연결되었있음. 가족들과 편안하게 쉬었다 갈 수 있는 호텔 Room 내에 반신욕을 할 수 있도록 작은 욕조가 구비되어 있으나 욕조에 물을 채우는데 시간이 많이 걸림. 욕조에 물마개가 없어서 아쉬웠음

Die Gesamtanlage, Oberflächlich betrachtet ist ein Traum - ohne Frage! Aber bereits nach einigen Stunden kann man sehen, das die Instandhaltung sehr vernachlässigt wird. Das Frühstück war toll, reichhaltige Auswahl, sehr sehr lecker. Das übrige Essen im Restaurant ist nicht zu empfehlen, alles eher kunterbunte Fertiggerichte-nichts besonderes. Das Personal konnte durch die Bank weg leider kein Englisch, das hat die Kommunikation sehr beschränkt. Ich habe schnell verstanden das sich das Hotel auf russische Gäste konzentriert. Ich finde das nicht schlimm, aber dann kann man auf der Homepage erwähnen. Ich hätte schon allein deshalb ein anderes Hotel ausgewählt. Für diesen Preis ist das Hotel nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Eine „ok“ Massage im Spa Bereich und das Wasser auf dem Zimmer was man danach tatsächlich berechnet wird, runden das Gesamtpacket leider sehr negativ ab.

Lovely grounds and well maintained, and the majority of staff very pleasant, but very loud building works goin on which they don’t mention on their website. The gym equipment was very rusty and difficult to us. It’s miles away from everything so you have to take a taxi to go out to eat, as the restaurant is expensive and not very good.

すぐ下へ降りていくとビーチ。 風と波があるのでセイリングやサーフィンにはいいと思います。ただホテルの周りには食べるところやお店は無いのでメイン通りまで行く必要があります。私はバイクを借りて出かけました。土日なので24時間で200kでした。

Quiet beautiful resort in Mui Ne
Amazing place in Mui Ne. Clean nice pool. Beach was a little unkept but still beautiful. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Gym facility available and Mr Lee Kite school on site at the beach if you want to pick up kite surfing or surfing. Scooters available for rent for ~$10 for 24 hours. Make sure you ask for one with a working light and gas gauge (ours didn’t work). Breakfast was amazing ! Good selection and views of the beach made mornings wonderful. Would stay again if I return to Mui Ne.
