2nd Stay here
2nd Stay in this hotel, and it's is always good. Large open room with huge bathroom, confortable bed, clim and fan. Sweet private swimming pool, the hotel has also a beautiful swimming pool. The service is nice, they offert us a birthday ! Wifi is working well, the best we had. Just it's really difficult to have hot water, we have to wait a long time and waist a lot of water. The water of private swimming pool could be warmer as the big one. First time i broke a glass and the hotel asked us to pay it. Breakfast is one of the worst we had in 4 hotels in bali, could be improve. About Seminyak is getting worst, the city is going to be only resorts everywhere, it's change a lot in 3 years, chops are all selling the same cheap stuff. The price are 2 times the ones of the island.

Près de la plage. Très belles villas
Parfait pour le prix. A pied de la plage mais assez retiré de la circulation pour avoir de la tranquilité. Vraiment parfait.

En nette amélioration !
C'était notre second séjour dans cet hôtel : nous constatons une nette amélioration de la prestation par l'accueil de l'ensemble du personnel, la rénovation des villas et la propreté. L'établissement est idéalement placé - tout proche de la plage et des commerces. Endroit très calme la nuit.

Idéal pour voir seminyak !
Hôtel bien situé pour la plage et les commerces . Je ne suis restée que 2 nuits à mon arrivée à Bali et c'était parfait pour commencer mon séjour mais je n'y passerais pas mes vacances : seminyak n'est pas Bali !

petite villa romantique pour s'isoler du bruit de la ville
Cet hotel est très romantique. Les chambres sont en fait des petites villa isolées avec avec piscine personnelle et un grand salon extérieur. La salle de beau est également en semi-extérieur avec un grand bassin faisant office de baignoire. Le petit déjeuné assez complet est servi à table dans sa villa. Les personnels est aux petits soins. L'hotel est a la limite entre Kuta et Seminyak, la plage est à 6 min a pied de l'hotel. si vous être surfeur, c'est le top. l'Aéroport est à 20-25 min en taxi.

Hotel de charme
Hotel bien situé, à 2 pas des rues commerçantes et de la plage. Très bien entretenu. Villa agréable et spacieuse avec petite piscine propre. Piscine et pool house très agréable. Le seul bémol serait le petit déjeuner: servi dans la chambre mais assez basique. Je recommande malgré tout cet hôtel.

Villa pond ok Sara très bien situé dans semiak, proches restaurants, plages et commerces. Aménagement villa agréable. Personnel très agréable et efficace. Piscine privée agréable dans villa permet de se relaxer quand on veut en toute tranquillité.

Nice little villa although a bit in need of some tlc but overal a great stay. The villa pool was great. Staff were very nice and friendly. The central pool was also very nice and very quiet. The semi open air showers are something else. Which seems like an open invitation for every creepy crawler you can imagine.

Ruhig gelegene Anlage mit eigenem Pool bei der Villa und zusätzlichem großen gemeinsamen Pool. Liegt in einer Sackgasse, dadurch sehr ruhig, trotzdem schnell zu Fuß bei den Läden und am Strand (10 Minuten). Zimmer war ausreichend groß, Bad sehr groß, Terasse gemütlich. Der Zimmerservice hat uns nicht begeistert.

The only thing that was not satisfactory was the shower as we didn't have hot water for 2 days and when we did get hot water, it was only for a minute or so... Otherwise, we loved our stay there... as always, the staff - the people were 10 out of 10... they couldn't be more helpful... just beautiful people... thank you

Only good thing is location!
The location of the property is amazing. But the main reason for picking this property was the private pool, which was not very clean. Also overall the property is slightly old and you can see paint chipping off the walls and lights not working well. It was a comfortable stay, but for what we paid, we would love it to be cleaner.

Stayed in the 1 bedroom villa, nice small pool which came in handy after hot walks, massive bathroom with good water pressure, ac is only in bedroom, only real issue we had was the bed felt like it was made from rock, very hard

The property is very close by a lot of shops and restaurants. Staffs are friendly but i hope there will be more upgrade soon in the facilities. We were scared of a gecko clinging in the ceiling lol. Overall it was good stay

Private and quiet villas, walkable to the shops and beach, need some repairs but you can see upgrades are slowly starting to happen. Staff are very friendly and only happy to assist with any problems you might encounter. Great value for money,my wife loved it!

Disgusting. Mouldy green slimey pool in villa, old grey thin linen and towels with holes, dirty curtains, broken and dangerous sun deck. Tried to contact expedia 4 times with no response. Been going to bali for 30 years this is the worse i have seen in accommodation.

Very private..have our own pool. The only thing i noticed is their bathtub...old and need to he replaced or scrub it to get rid of the nasty dirt. Never use their tub...thanks goodness have own pool

On arrival to the villa, we were greeted but a very friendly and helpful receptionist. The villa was stunning at first glance, however we later came to realise that there was issues with the toilet, resulting in 2 episodes of flooding. There was also minimal hot water within the facility. I would recommend the property also invests in personal washing and ironing facilities as there was none available. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and the staff were fabulous!

Good villa with little flaws
The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay really much. Our pool was dirty and the villa was a little woren out. They did renovate it though while we were staying there. The towels and sheets were dirty and little ripped. Overall we enjoyed our stay and could stay there again.

out of two rooms booked one rooms aircon did not work . Inspite of reporting the issue they could not make it alright. All the guests from the other villa had to sleep in one villa which lead to a lot of discomfort.

You get what you pay for.
Not bad. You get what you pay for with these villas. If you want 5 stars pay an extra $50-$100 per night. Breakfast delivered at the time you choose was ok but not fancy. Bed comfortable. Air conditioning in bedroom good. Villa was cleaned every day but old bottle tops were still in the garden. Staff need to go beyond the basics with maintenance. Villa pool was warm but had broken tiles and decking was loose. Main pool good. Check in strictly in 2pm. Southern villas get the maniacal rooster at 4am be warned not much sleep after that.
