Best amenities and best service. They took care of booking all our activIties and out mode of transportation back to Shanghai.

Luxurious stay, but staff needs improvement

Spacious room, top-notch room master system, impecable decoration and nice amenities. The only bad point is the staff service. I asked for information about taxi for the Great Wall, and in response I received an unrequested ( and overpriced) tour offer. On the second day, we requested a taxi for going around the city, and the answer was that we could only order a taxi by paying an extra fee (which was actually more expensive than the metered fare itself). I was really expecting collaboration from the hotel to avoid the infamous scam culture of Beijing, but actually it seems like the hotel staff just collaborates with the whole scamming system.

Super nice Renovated

I wouldnt exagerate if I said it is the best hotel in Beijing. It is nice, the rooms are great, the SPA IS nice and the massages are absolutely amazing! Nice restaurant and breakfast and ver good service! Congrats to the staff and hotel management! Thankyou

A very good Peninsula property. Beautiful rooms. All services up to par with the Peninsula brand. Only some minor let downs in the area of amenities and F&B selections. Service in the suite was inconsistent - sometimes luxurious sometimes below par. Only 3 restaurant venues - although Jing and lobby were very good. Minibar content was missing items. Gym was poorly furnished with equipment. ESPA not comparable to HKG location - all the extras missing.

Situation : Very good location close to the most popular commercial district in Beijing
From china-in to check-out, all was excellent. They provided us a glass of beer as the welcome drink including mu guests and they reserved the taxi to the airport in a perfect timing, No stress!

超過期待。 酒店新穎,高端大氣,跟紫禁城相比,皇帝應該會選擇王府半島。 我們一家三口,在入住以先,酒店已經為我們預備了一張沙發床,而且是非常舒服的沙發床,比許多酒店的床墊都舒服,會認床的我睡得舒適安穩。 再舉一個服務好的例子,我們喜歡喝咖啡,所以房間的咖啡一下子就喝完了,當我們打電話客服服務時,不但立即拿了咖啡包給我們,而且還貼心的一起準備好礦泉水。 想在附近買點東西,到了大門問了DOORMAN,不但指示正確的方向,而且立即印出一張地圖給我們。 酒店地點方便極了,離灯市口地鐵站大概只有100多公尺,馬路對面就有好幾間美味的餐廳,附近還有許多高級酒店,雖然酒店的酒廊還在整修中,但晚上我們陪孩子喝點小酒,就到附近的酒店去。 健身房與游泳池棒極了,最棒的是我在CHECKOUT後想拍張游泳池的照片,我看到服務員完全不顧形象為顧客服務。 所以我的結論是這是一家以價值為服務導向的酒店,太棒了。
