Magnifique et unique architecture cosy et intimiste dans un Pattaya ou les gratte ciels et tours sont la majorité, une oasis de jardins tropicaux dans des petites constructions de charme. Personnel au petit soin et petit déjeuner magnifique. Une très bonne option d'escapade rapide proche de Bangkok en taxi. Excellent pour l'hôtel, pour Pattaya, ne vous attendez pas à de belles plages ou une mer d'azur que vous trouverez plus au sud. Une excellente occasion de quelques jours de détentes néanmoins à proximité de la capitale et de l'aéroport.

C'est la 4 eme fois que je viens. C'est la moins bonne fois. Des travaux de rénovation étaient en cours. Dommage! Le service moins attentif. Le bus ( navette)pour aller en ville toujours pleins donc impossible de réserver.

Un havre de paix et de quiétude....3 piscines...une petite plage privée...du calme et de la verdure tout en restant prés de la vie nocturne et trépidante de Pattaya. Encore faut il vouloir sortir de ce cocon ! Un personnel chahmbrearmant et attentionné...une restauration de qualité quoi que trés chère pour la Thailande....seul bémol : il a fallu pleurer 2 jours pour avoir un code pour utiliser le Wifi en chambre....

Very decent hotel. Of course you pay for it and at this price tag you expect the best services premises and experience. It was good for an hotel that is not in its prime youth. Not exceptional but not terrible. A good choice with well trained staff which is not so common in Thailand.

the best part of the complex is the INFINTI bar and restaurant and also the best staff work there on our visit We found alot of areas not properly cleaned around the property inc the outside floor of the main restaurant, the air con units were dust filled and plates left outside the floor we stayed on for 2 days ..... The beach is small and private as advertised but no see\a access which isnt mentioned 5 star not yet but a good 4 star

Following our recent visit to the Intercontinental Pattaya we wanted to write and let your team know how much we enjoyed our recent stay and to thank all the staff who made out time at the hotel so special. From our seamless airport pick up to the welcome drinks and greeting at reception it was the start of a very special stay. Everyone from shuttle driver to housekeeping, provided a service that was excellent, delivered with a smile with all personnel committed to the hotel residents. The service in the club lounge was exemplary with staff showing awareness and thought when dealing with residents and ensuring the very best service was experienced by the residents. However, I am going to leave my biggest praise for Martin (Executive Chef) and his team who made our anniversary one of the very best. Martin showed a keen interest in all diners, however for us he offered to design a menu for our evening meal that also included a cake. This was a truly memorable experience that we shall never forget and have every intention of a return visit.
