L'accueil est médiocre !
Accueil pas chaleureux, peu professionnel. Personnel démotivé. C'est dommage, car la situation de l'hôtel est excellente. Nous avons l'habitude de venir à cet hôtel depuis une quinzaine d'années et on remarque la péjoration à niveau de tous les services et installations.

Property looks outdated, rugs are probably clean, but don´t look so because of they are worn out and have stains. Breakfast buffet was messy. The restaurant was VERY crowded, it was hard to find a table, they constantly ran out of mugs, glasses, plates. Coffee, both in the room and in the restaurant (breakfast) was horrible :-(

This is a lovely hotel and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Many tried to help us with our Spanish since we know very little. The hotel is well kept and our room was clean and comfortable. There is a Casino right on site, but we did not use it, so cannot give a review on that. Our only disappointment is that there is not much in the way of restaurants that are walkable from the hotel. There are a few though. We had to use uber or a taxi to go anywhere. That being said, we did use the restaurants in the hotel and they were ok.

No es muy bueno, tampoco es muy malo.
El hotel esta un poco quedado en el tiempo, no es terrible de feo, pero esta un poco antiguo. Las camas y almohadas son comodas, las sabanas son lindas, pero la habitacion huele un poco a humedad, el bano es muy pequeno. El desayuno es rico. La zona de pileta tambien esta un poco antigua, pero es bueno tener una pileta ya que hace mucho calor.

Great hotel! Great area. Everyone working there were incredible, friendly, always with a smile. Great service. Delicious breakfast. The gym is 10/10 it has everything!! They have one restaurant that is 24 hours and the food is delicious. Rooms are spacious, clean. The bed was just right! Thank you for a great stay!

Servicio al cliente pésimo
Lamento expresar mi indignación por el trato de una empleada del hotel en la te lechón de nombre “Itzel”. Fue descortés y grosera al abordar una supuesta cancelación de mi reserva. En lugar de resolver el problema creado por el hotel, insistió en que yo debía resolverlo de una manera grosera e irrespetuosa! Este comportamiento no refleja los valores corporativos de un hotel de esta categoría. Aunque teníamos la opción de extender nuestras habitaciones, decidimos cambiar de hotel debido a esta experiencia negativa. Espero que esta retroalimentación contribuya a mejorar la atención al cliente.

I Came to Panama for 5 nights and spent only 1 night. Landed and had major emergency at home and had to return. Everyone @ the front desk were so compassionate and helpful. World class. Ney, he was the best. Hope to see you another time when my world is not falling apart. Thanks guys.
