Bon séjour dans l' ensemble avec accueilcorrect à l' arrivée, mais mauvaise coordination pour le ménage de la chambre. Il a fallu demander, au bout de eeux jours que quelqu'un passe! Etant donné le prix de la chambre on est en mesure d' attendre un service journalier! Par ailleurs la piscine et le jacusi étaient en panne... dommage! Nous etions venus il y a 4 ans et avions été ravis, surtout avec le petit déjeuner servi autour de la piscine. Cette prestation n' existe plus aujourd'hui. Point positif cette année: les chambres refaites avec goût.

Hôtel toujours aussi sympathique avec une chambre propre tout confort. Piscine accessible mais nous n’avons pas pu en profiter car environnement trop bruyant. Le petit déjeuner a été supprimé depuis notre passage en 2019 ….

The floors need to be swept or mopped…. More than just vacuumed. There was a lot of sandy-like dirt and dust on the floor that the vacuuming is not picking up…. so if you walk around barefoot in the room, your feet got very dirty. Also, our toilet had to be plunged as the poop was not going down after 7 flushes. The beds and linens, TV, coffee maker, lighting, air conditioning, door locks, pool and jacuzzi were all great. The women’s toilet area by the pool needs to be recaulked at the baseboards…. The baseboards were totally separated from the wall.

The room was very simple but super clean; the sink and ceiling in dressing area need to be updated. Price was acceptable but not great considering it is a motel. It fit the need for one night though.

I love the location and the price. It's easy and reliable. Sure the rooms are dated but they are clean. TV is huge and cable channels are a plenty. The wifi is very good too.

Overall priory is older but clean. Only way to get room refreshed is to ask for it. Stayed 5 days and showered in cold water on 3 of the mornings.

Properties fairly large and has a very nice pool that people use and enjoy. However, the rooms have carpet on the floors which are pretty gross and the first night when I climbed into bed the spider was under my pillow… Overall, . Not the best place to stay, but if you’re on a budget in Palm Springs, it’s probably OK

This property is very old and rundown . You can hear through the walls at nite . Needs an update very badly . Bathroom tub is old and dirty chalking around perimeter of it , just nasty , taps old and need replacing , Location is fine , but this place needs to be updated , Terrible shape and poor lighting inside .beds lumpy and hard , so didnt get a good sleep the whole time we were there . Had a sore back every morning. Guests upstairs were very noisy most of nite . Won’t stay there again !!!

This is not a hotel. It is more like a skeletal Motel 6. I had no idea it was so rudimentary. When I arrived the reception was closed. I returned later and the woman at the reception told me she had 'to take lunch, it is the law'. Consistent with the entire thing being too rudimentary!

This was a very nice property for the price. The rooms were very nice and it was close to the friends that I was visiting. I didn't use the pool or jacuzzi but they looked inviting. I would definitely recommend.

The property is very old and needs a make over. The rug in the room is spotted with stains dirty and the room smells musky. It needs to be aired out. The toilet and sink in the bathroom are for children not adults and to make the stay worse the TV didn’t work. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
