Hello there, we regret there were complications when trying to cancel one of the nights. As you chose a 3rd party booking for your reservation, they are in charge to make any modifications. With regard to the hot tub, we are in the middle of a roof renovation project, this area was not safe for guests due to that, however, we are close to opening day. We know the inconvenience of not having it open, however, we can see our staff provided options for you upon your request and they were not taken. Thank you again for your feedback

We have reviewed the Expedia booking channel and can see that parking is mentioned and regret your disappointment. In response to Covid our Public Health, Federal Government and Canadian Hotel Association make recommendations on the safe operation of these facilities, you can book 60 minute time slots, we regret to see that you were not aware of this safety precaution.

A clean and welcoming environment is a basic expectation for all guests, and we are disappointed to hear that this was not your experience. The conditions you described fall below our standards and warrant additional follow-up with the cleaning associate responsible. Our housekeeping team is usually quite diligent at ensuring our guest suites are in good condition prior to arrival and we regret that this was not the case during your stay.
