I enjoyed my brief stay overall. Some observations: The carpets in the hallway needs to be pulled up and replaced it is very dirty. We stay in building 13 and the shower curtains length was shorter then the shower so water got everywhere.

I like that there are balconies and patios available. I reported a problem about my room and staff did accommodate me. The staffs were very nice. Inside the rooms, some things looked a little run down, old and outdated. Some items looked old, cracked, discolored and rusted ( ex: lamps, shower/tubs, mirrors) and the curtains haven't been washed in a while. Away from the hotel, you will find a lot of things to do. Overall, improvements are needed for this hotel.

I stayed for a convention , the convention facility was fine but internet was terrible/nonfunctional . Room was old and basic but functional , saw a hole on outside of building with rats running in which was repaired during my stay , staff was friendly and fine , convention was nice , but hotel is long overdue for renovations , The most run down hotel I have ever stayed in .

They were very accommodating. Gave us the room we wanted next to our family and on the first floor. They told us housekeeping would be around every three days and housekeeping came everyday and asked if we needed anything. It was a pleasant surprise! The hot tub closed at 8/9pm everyday due to chemicals and that was really unfortunate. But overall, great stay.

When I first came in the door was already open and door was broken. We also ordered a room with with a view and the view was more so of just some grass and on the first floor. We also asked for more towels however they took our old towels and never brought any back. Honestly the ad makes it seem like your staying at that big white building and even puts a picture of it in the ad and then when we got there it looked like a motel. I mean it’s honestly an average type of room not too bad but I would definitely say it’s false advertisement

Nice location it's near to everything in Orlando. The hotel does not clean rooms every day. We asked the front desk to send someone to clean our room and no one went to get the work done.

Our resort experience so far was great, except check-in. I waited in line for 26 minutes and almost missed my nephew's national swim event. Even now 2.5 hours later the line to check in is unreasonably long. I stood for 5 minutes at the counter while the service attendant clicked in the computer. Identifying some computer efficiencies would be very helpful or self check-in kiosks.

When I checked in the room they put me in they lied about it was nothing like the pictures and it smelled like bleach so bad that it hurt my eyes and made me and my fiancé sick and the ac was broken then the second room they put us in was horrible had broken lamps a broken balcony door , dirty tub there was nails on the floor next to the bed I have pictures of all of it and on top of that they have tryed to charge us random amounts of money since check out they must be owned and ran by new owners because this is not a resort it’s ran like a cheap motel do not waste your money i promise you will regret it and please don’t put your card down they will charge random charges and then there customer support hangs up and doesn’t help at all they even lied on a recorded phone call. The second room also ac was broken something is wrong with there acs in each room worse experience of my entire life I will never ever ever stay at this hotel again and have to seek legal action because of everything. I just wanna worn people so they don’t have to go threw what me and my family had too .

It worked great because my kids competition was at the hotel as well so we didn’t have to go anywhere by car to do anything. We could do it all by walking.

the checked in was not on time, waited an hour got late to my event. no parking at the premises. the air conditioning was making a lot of noise. i couldn’t sleep at all. the rooms not updated they look very old the tub was old and peeling. no warm blankets it was very uncomfortable did not like it at all i will never book it again.

The property was average. They couldn't find my reservation I spent an hour trying to check in. I wasnt given the room I originally booked.the manger was not very friendly and nobody even apologized for the delay. I was late to a show because the check in was so long.

Rooms were not ready u til two hours after check in. The security and maintenance staff were great. The check in and reception staff were horrible . Totally disinterested, very slow, and not remotely interested in speaking or acknowledging guests checking in. That was the experience of everyone in that line . The check in staff and their manager are the sole reason I would not consider staying there again. Worst I’ve seen and I travel a lot .

Our stay was awful. We checked in and got our room key. We were not even there for an hour when someone walked in on me as I was getting dressed, it turned out the front desk clerk did not correctly, book the room and allowed someone else with access to our room. It was an uncomfortable experience overall.
