Close to the Airport

The suite was clean and had a sofa bed and a king-sized bed, but only one bathroom. The televisions are located in good areas, but the remote controls did not work especially well. The hotel is very quiet - no noise from the airport or other guests. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The real problem I had was with check-in. Upon arriving, I was not welcomed; I was only asked my name. Then I was informed that I had to pay an additional $10.00 to park. If this fee had guaranteed me a spot near my room or near an entry door, I might have considered it slightly reasonable. However, it did neither. It was simply a typical hotel or motel parking lot. If you left the hotel, which we did to dine, you had to find another parking place when you returned; in other words, typical. Why, then, should I be charged $10.00? The hotel had a restaurant, but it was extremely expensive. We dined elsewhere. Check-in and check-out staff were adequate, but certainly not friendly.

As the Front Office Manager, it was very concerning to learn that you found the interaction with my staff not particularly friendly. While the parking fee is common among the full service hotels in the airport area, there is no excuse for not making a guest feel welcome and special. I will personally address this with my team would appreciate the chance to exceed your expectations during your next visit.
