Friendly and Helpful

Les + : The staff and that it was close to the airport.
Les - : Nothing. I was very happy.
Situation : There are several shops and restaurants near by. It is also very close to the airport.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to pick up and drop us off at the airport. We arrived very early and they were able to get us into our room instantly at no additional charge. When we became hungry the staff recommended and drove us to a restaurant. Truly accommodating and helpful.

Stayed one night. Clean rooms. Updated. Great desk clerks. Pool seemed nice but didn't have time to try it. Buffet was a bit pricey- cheaper meals at Denny's right down the street.

Hotel within easy access to everything Orlando!

Les + : Beds very comfortable, not the usual hotel bed, comfortable pillow, beautiful comforter.
Les - : A little taken aback by the additional 10 dollars per night that had to be paid to park in the lot. Shower pressure poor.
Situation : Close to everything, restaurants, airport, and all attractions, centrally located and lots to do!
Accommodating hotel, we had late arrival and were accommodated quickly and painlessly.

hotel well laid out for the business traveler, restaurant area perfect for working and having a good meal. hotel staff helpful with printing, directions (when unclear on gps). Nahir Velazquez at the front desk was great.

Great hotel. But its restaurant food quality poor

Les - : Improve the quality of the food in the restaurant.
Situation : We were there for a funeral.
We ordered a $28 sirloin steak. It was half fat and gristle, and somewhat tough. Kitchen staff purchased inferior steaks.

Nice Hotel

It is near a lot restaurants and the movies. However the TV in the living room area and the sofa sits very low. The air conditioning leaked on the floor but it wasn't a problem.

Les + : Close to airport and very nice.
Les - : You really need to set aside a floor for people with pets and keep them out of the rest of the hotel. Not everyone can be around dogs and cats.
Hotel was lovely the staff was friendly. The room was large and well decorated I thought it would be perfect. It was not, just like many hotels across the country they appear to be pet friendly. Our flight was many hours delayed so we did not check in until just before midnight. As I was trying to get our room door open the dog across the hall was barking loudly. Sorry about that neighbors but it wasn't my dog and was not interested in hearing me say quiet we aren't breaking into your room. Once in our room things were wonderful right up until I woke up with itchy water eyes and started sneezing over and over again this was around 2 AM. Sorry I know people love their pets but your pet is causing me a lot of discomfort. This room appeared to have been well cleaned but you just can't get all the pet dander out of the carpet and upholstery I won't be able to stay in this lovely hotel again.

Like all Sheratons we are in fact a pet friendly hotel and while it is very rare for us to hear about allergy related issues since our team is well trained in thoroughly cleaning all guest rooms, we are very sorry to hear that you felt discomfort. Close to airport however we never heard a plane.

Les - : Our a/c unit.
Situation : By airport, highways, restaurants and shopping.
Beautiful and modern. Suite was roomy and clean. Only problem was the a/c. It threw cold air that was moist. Otherwise...great experience.
