Hôtel correct
Très belle chambre, grande et confortable. Bonne connexion Wifi. Petit déjeuner en buffet correct, mais un peu cher. Le restaurant offre une carte avec des prix raisonnables et la nourriture est bonne. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Le point négatif de l'hôtel est la piscine. Elle n'est pas nettoyée donc l'eau est trouble, il y a des feuilles et des insectes morts au fond du bassin, bref tout ça n'est pas très hygiénique. Et puis, pour un hôtel de cette qualité nous nous attendions à avoir une piscine chauffée, mais il n'en est rien, l'eau était glacée. C'est vraiment dommage !

After a long trip from Chicago I went to sleep after dinner to be woken up by a fire alarm at 1:50 am. No reasoning was offered after we all gathered in the lobby except that we could return. . After returning to our room the alarm went off again. Wasn’t able to fall asleep and sat up the entire night. I asked to talk to the manager in the am but wasn’t available and said they would call and Im still waiting. I would like compensation from Sheraton for my inconvenience.

I think the food needs to be better shrimp was very under breaded and greasy, the cucumbers had thick, green bitter skin left on them with the salads, the sandwich bread was very, very thick compared to the filling inside. Kitchen needs a little work, but everything else was perfect.

This is the perfect place to stay for airport travelers! The area is safe and peaceful, lots of sidewalks and a nice lake to walk around. Great staff and rooms. Highly recommend!

Great staff. Very helpful at front desk getting us checked in, signed up for airport shuttle, and even switching times in the middle of the night for me! The restaurant was delicious and great service.

Wonderful hotel, great location and amazing staff, reception desk did everything possible to make our stay more pleasant. I cannot thank them enough to accommodate to our needs, my wife was sick and we requested a late check out and no problem at all. We were woken up to two wake up calls between 2am and 3am that we did not request. Then at 6am were were told we needed to evacuate the building for a fire or medical emergency. These rooms were 400 dollars. Absolute worst stay in two weeks of our trip.
