This property has a german roach investation. I had to switch room because the roaches were crawling on every surface including the bed.

Stop for a night traveling to Daytona. Both front desk people were very nice. Recommended a great restaurant. Room and breakfast was OK for a stop over.

This hotel is extremely overpriced $168 a night for a basic generic room with a bathroom so small you could barely use bathroom door was broken so no privacy the " continental breakfast " was very old dried up rolls no fruit and no decaffeinated coffee they embarrassed me at check-in telling me my card was declined I paid with a different card then went outside and called Capitol one they said my card was fine so I went back to the front desk with Capitol one on speaker phone and the idiot at the front desk insisted that it was Capitol ones fault and just kept arguing with the Capitol one representative then I cecked my other card they had charged it 3 times had to go fight with them to have the extra charges removed once again that amex fault not theres don't walk away from this hotel RUN away

Hello Domenic, I apologize for the not such a great experience that you had at our location. Rates at our location are priced accordingly. Our continental breakfast includes apples ,so we do offer fruits. Due to no demand for decaffeinated coffee, we only offer regular. Our rooms have coffee makers and extra decaffeinated packages of coffee were offered to you when you raised your concern about it that morning. There is someone at the desk at all times and no reports were made by you regarding bathroom door issues for the whole stay of 3 nights here. We checked the door after your departure, and nothing was wrong with it. Regarding your card not going through and you being embarrassed, I guess now the whole world knows it. The front desk clerk was doing her job and informed you that there was a message stating, "Fraud suspected", so you can call your bank. She did not do that to embarrass you, it was for your safety. We are hiring by the way, if you think you can do better than her. Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us for 3 nights!

The elevator needs serious attention. While it safely delivered us to our floor, it groaned and bounced unpleasantly.

It looked clean when we first walked in, but when we flipped the bed linens back, there was no blankets only sheets. I went up front to the desk, and the lady told me that they should be in between the sheets, I told her there was none there, and she handed me too, and told me I needed to make sure that they were in the room when I left. I definitely would not keep cigarette burned, stained up and torn blankets. Adding insult to injury, they have a roach problem.

Our rooms do have blankets which are located under the top sheet. The way the bed is made does not look like there are any but there are. In the room that you stayed there were 2 white blankets between the sheets, one on each bed. We have pictures from your room after you left showing the blankets were there. Regarding the roach problem: We do treat the rooms regularly and I apologize if you saw any roach. Thank you again for staying with us.

Guest's keys and machines in the fitness room were working when our engineer guy inspected them. Regarding the floor in the handicapped room: We informed housekeeping, and they will address that problem. Nice place
It was a nice place. The room was clean and liked no carpet. The room was nicely decorated. Bed was comfy. The only con would be the pillows were thin and hard. It had free breakfast which is a plus. I would definitely stay again.
