Gamme de produits ( shampooing, savon... etc...) plutôt ordinaire. Grand respect des ententes avec partenaires tel qu'Expédia ( ex: surclassement). Sécuritaire. Évènements spéciaux organisés par l'hôtel divertissants et intéressants. Navettes pour parcs tels que Disney. Idéal pour personne seule , couple ou famille . Chacun y a sa place! We chose the upgrade to 2-bedroom suite with pool view, it was totally worth it. Big suite, clean, bright, the restauranrt is great and the pool is beautiful, although we did not enjoy it because it was pretty cold when we were there. But definitely a great place to stay with kids if you plan to go to Disneyworld or other parks, there are free shuttles from the hotel. Only bad thing (but no big deal), the hotel is isolated so not much to do around.

The staff here the last day that i was leaving before i did the check out they went and got my room empty, when i walk into the room i saw the cleaning lady ans she told me im sorry we thought that you guys already left and i said no of course no I haven’t do the check out when i ask for my food my water sodas fruits etc they told me oh im sorry i put in a bag do you still want it and of course not we dont the food after they take or put it in a place. We love Melia ! 2nd time staying here ! Today my fiance arrived with my 88 year old mom . After the struggle to find our room (she uses her walker ) we discovered our room had not been cleaned! Unmade beds , trash , etc….clearly this was skipped before our check in. Front desk immediately changed our room , but we had to walk (mom with her walker ) to the other side of the resort . The new room did not have a walk in accessible shower , which I reserved because of my mom’s physical limitations . As I said , the pool, staff , restaurant , everyone wonderful , but I have found out chatting with other guests that they have been part of the same house keeping mess . What is going on and why didn’t the front desk provide compensation for a very horrible mix up!? We arrived at 6pm , 2 hours after their 4pm check in !!!

I didn't like that after the housecleaning team cleaned my room, they didn't replace any towels. After being gone all day at the theme park to return and shower with no wash cloths nor towels was disappointing. Front desk seems to not pick up the phone after 9pm. I had to call the sales team as if I was booking a room to finally have someone pick up the phone. The person who picks up the phone had the thickest accent where I could barely understand them. Other than that, the room was nice

I stayed many times in Melia hotels in Europe and Mexico. The standard of those hotels was excellent, I expected the same from the Melia in Orlando. I do not recommend Melia hotel in Orlando

Overall good for a short stay. Property is clean and staff friendly just out of date and not the same luxurious of a 4/5 star hotel. Overall a good destination for families given the pool area and location to Disney.
