L’hôtel est très bien cependant le service de chambre est déplorable… on y est resté 4 nuits… j’ai du demandé à ce que la chambre soit faite au bout de la 2eme nuit et la chambre a été faite à moitié… un seul lit refait et pas de ménage, juste quelques serviettes pose vite fait sur le lit défait… et toujours le même défaut : le bruit… cette fois ce sont les autres clients qui ne respectent rien… on a eu droit à une conversation de plusieurs minutes juste devant notre porte à 1h du matin… on a du leur dire « gentiment » de rentrer dans leur chambre et de faire moins de bruit… je sais bien que ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais c’est un problème récurent…

Tout est bien situation ,propreté toujours en train de nettoyer surtout si il pleut cafe a disposition dans le hall, domage que notre sejour c est passé avec des gens tres tres bruyant au dessus, si bien que le mur derniere le lit en tremblait surtout apres 11 heure du soir et jusqu a minuit machine a glacon tres bruyante a cote de la chambre et des gens qui remplissent la nuit je ne sais quoi ,un manque total de savoir vivre et de respect des autres ,peut etre une chambre pour les français cela est récurrent

déçu de mon séjour
hotel vraiment pas au niveau de ses Etoiles chambre spacieuse mais la clim c'est une autre époque , la salle de bain juste horrible , il fallait demander du shampoing et du savon sinon il y avait rien, je n'ai pas trop apprecié la SDB mais du tout,,,,, le petit déj mais une catastrophe, chaque matin presque pas grande chose, tres rikiki et les couverts en plastique, et pour enfoncer le clou a la fin du sejour nous avons voulu laisser nos bagages quelques heures il a fallut payer 50€ pour 3 valises et 2 Sac a dos (tout de taille petite) vu les prix la distance entre le parc et les services proposés franchement allez y ailleurs meme si plus cher parceque au final vous payez pareil avec moins de qualité

Positives-The breakfast was great. It was a full breakfast with options of scrambled eggs, pancakes, and waffles. The staff was nice and helpful. Clean beds. Negatives- We checked in late at night and our restroom was clogged and We couldnt go to the restroom in our room. We had to go to the lobby one because tney could not send/nor could we pickup a plunger until 7:30am the next day! Because maintenance was not available at night amd staff had no access to the maintenance closet. They did ask me if I wanted to change to another room but we had just settled in and unpacked so.we decided not to take the offer. They promised that maintenance would brimg up the plunger at 730am in the morning. Next morning came and fhey didnt show up and we had to physically go and request it again so they could go. About an hour late they went. So this pushed our leaving time to go to Unicersal Studios later because no one could shower as we were all waiting for maintenance to go unclog the toilet. Finally they go and unclog it and my daughter goes in to take a shower and rhe water doesn't leave so I tell her to take out the plug from tub and she says it doesnt have it. So I go check and there was a big black ball of hairs in the drain. And it is all stuck. It so gross but i tried taking it out so my daughter could finish showering. And then we had to call maintenance again after that. Only to wait another hour for them.to come unclog the tub drain. Dirty TV remote cannabis odor in halls

It was fine. Very mediocre. Had to fill out a lot of paperwork and they charged $100 for incidentals that I still haven't had refunded almost a week after the trip. Breakfast ended at exactly 9am. We came in at 9:05 and it was already closed off. I am not putting La Quinta on my list again when Hampton Inn is just $10 more per night.

Usually it takes from 2 to 7 business days for the bank to process the transaction. Regarding breakfast, on weekdays is from 6 to 9am, and on weekends from 7 to 10am.

Property was not like other La Quintas I’ve stayed at- hideous fluorescent green and purple everywhere, dingy rooms, and the AC must have been full of mold, because every time the AC turned on, the room smelled like a musty basement

Tuve un percance en el hotel se me pongo una llanta, un Perosna de cooor negro todo vestido pidió que no me ayudaran a cambiarlo, faltan me grito , no lo recomiendo En la hora del desayuno casi casi te cuentan lo que comes no regresaría ahí nunca , faltal

Breakfast was very average. Took warm water baths. Asked for an extra luggage folding table. Said NO. Convenient to Universal Studios.

The bathroom backed up in the middle of the night two nights in a row. The office staff was quick with the plunger. Very disappointed that the pool was accessible and hours were not posted so we were kicked out of the pool. If pool hours were posted and the door and gate were locked then the issue could have been avoided. Breakfast was basic but served it's purpose.

Great choice for close proximity to Universal Studios. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for being able to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms! The free breakfast was pretty good with several options. Free parking! Our room had been updated. The bathroom was older, but everything worked just fine. The only disappointment was the shuttle service listed under the hotel description. It leaves for Universal at 8:30 and returns at 5:30 not giving any other options. I would still recommend this property for the other reasons mentioned above.
