The hotel itself was nice enough, but we had some problems at check in and the staff was not interested in helping me find a solution. Thankfully Expedia was very helpful and I ended up with one person at the desk who was kind and interested in helping us check in. At dinner, we asked the waitress to charge our credit card and she added it to the room which we specifically told her we did not want done. Be sure you have your room key with you to exit the property because you can't get out of the parking lot without it. We will stay somewhere else next time we are in the area.

This has been the best traveling experience we have ever had. The staff are amazing, the facility is clean, always smells wonderful, pool area is gorgeous (a little crowded on weekends), restaurant options on property are great. Convenient to sea world and convention center and the concierge was incredibly helpful with booking Disney tickets. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!!!! We will absolutely be back next year!!!

This is an amazing place to stay. My only complaint is that you have to pay $30 for parking and $100 per day for a security deposit. The staff was amazing and very pleasant. The Starbucks inside you can order ahead some hotels have Starbucks but you can't order ahead.

Staff was fantastic and always polite and helpful. Room was clean and well prepared. Pools and surrounding areas were clean, safe and always being maintained. Food and drinks were a but oricey, but great. Will definitely return!

This place was beautiful! Pool was a GREAT temp and the staff was very friendly. The Ventian steak restaurant was unbelievably amazing, Ismael was our waiter and by far THE BEST SERVER(most knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and attentive) I have ever had in my life! The first two cons were minor and should not be taken into consideration if you want to stay here. CONS: #1 First pair of sheets had what looked like a blood stain, could have been something else, however gross. #2 They only had 2 out of 4 elevators (for our building/tower) running our entire stay. Always waited for what would always end up being a crowded elevator. I'm sure that sheet was washed and just overlooked, it happens. Maybe they had maintenance on the 2 elevators. #3 OUTRAGEOUS PRICES! Almost any alcoholic beverage will cost you around $20!!! A normal sized bottle of spray sunscreen in their gift shop was $30!!!!!! There is a 7-11 across the street if you have a car or are willing to walk accross the highway with no traffic light. All in all, I would definitely stay again!!

Property is nice but seating at the pool is limited and people start at 7am claiming chairs and they all fill up. Pool is nice but could be warmer. Also hot tub is dirty, I wouldn’t go in there. Breakfast buffet is great option for breakfast. And Calypso Bar food was pretty decent.

From check in to check out the customer service was excellent. Staff is extremely friendly particularly the restaurant and front desk staff. However, room service did ramble through our things and took money from one the night table drawers. Nothing was reimbursed, so please protect your things here! There’s also a lot of public events being hosted at this property, there were events daily! So if you are looking for something exclusive and not open to the public i.e. convention attendees, etc. This place is not for you.
