We were pretty underwhelmed with our room. It was spacious but there was a lot to be desired in the cleanliness department. The carpeting in the hallways and room were worn and stained. The shower was old and difficult to turn on. The staff was fantastic though and very friendly.

Went for my son's 35 birthday and everything was excellent!! Staff, rooms, breakfast area, dance hall! The only thing I missed is not getting in the pool since my sons birthday is in FEBRUARY!! URGH. It was my second visit there and just as good as the first. Defiantly will go again.

The property itself is fine. If you book through Expedia and have hilton rewards, make sure you know you cannot use your resort credit if you don’t book through the hotel. I was told I had resort credit when I checked in so I used it every day. I got the bill and did not receive the credit since I booked through Expedia. I do feel like I was lied to since I didn’t even know I had credit to begin with. Please double check with the hotel if they ever mention rewards.

Great location very close to airport, hotel has a restaurant (Porter Steak House) and a night club (Misty’s Lounge) inside… BIGGEST 👎 to me but not much of a big deal is that the hotel will charge you $17 for parking

As a disabled guest, I sent my wife in to register for us while I remained in the car in the temporary parking space because all three of the non-hotel shuttle disabled spaces were taken. I sent her in with my identification and credit card. The registration clerk would not let her check in, even after speaking to me on the phone. It was only after my wife insisted on speaking to a manager that we were able to check in. I’ve practiced law in this county for 20 years and this is the only time and place that this has ever happened.

Hotel design very dated and poorly laid out. Furnishings, carpets worn and dirty. Of that’s your thing, enjoy. I will never return.

I apologize that you didn't find the layout and design to your liking. Was disappointed with this stay for the price we payed. The air conditioning wasn’t working which made it hot in the room at night. Called the front desk and they assured someone would come check it out which no one ever did. The tv was completely glitchy where we couldn’t watch anything. We left the room to go to dinner and there was a cockroach on the wall outside our door. Won’t be a returning guest.

Great service. Comforter definitely had a bad smell. Elevators were noisy. A couple of exit signs were broken

This was ny far the cleanest, wonderful, gorgeous room ive had the pleasure of resting in on a very long time. My only regret is i didnt get to enjoy the room & facilities to its fullest for i was only there to rest until work called. My hats off to this establishment. Id stay backnin '16 but theyve outdone themselves to the point whrre i cant even remember the last room - although im certain it was fine at the time. Great job, Doubletree

Started off with a very nice clerk, She was so nice to me. First she gave me on room on 3rd floor. That to much walking for my leg, ask did they have a room on first floor yes, parking fee waive and she offer me help you need a wheelchair. They even text your Phone to check on you. Outstanding. Room nice and Clean All Staff very very nice. Will come again if in Town.

The desk clerk told me they were sold out, then he told me building 3 and skybridge and ... since I didnt have a car, SORRY! I had 2 4-wheel luggages, and I had to drag them because the freakin carpet was too plush. They just wouldnt roll like they should. LONG, LONG WALK AND THE BAGS WERE HARD TO MOVE. never again here!
