The rooms were comfortable. They had a nice area where our party brought in the New Year! The person on duty brought us a bucket of ice for our champagne. They were very friendly.

There was a chlorine bleach smell when we entered the room that gave us a headache and we had to leave the room with the windows open to air it out. The noise between floors was herendous with a heavy set person in the room above ours. The surprise pet fee of $75 was not explained until we signed in. The refrigerator froze our food and made noises throughout our stay. To top it all off the breakfast meals were over priced and wasnt expected.

I checked in on the app and it indicated that I would be by the pool. I should have went with my gut instinct and said no. Very loud. The first night I was there the reception in the lobby went on until around 11:00. At least where my room was located - it's a loud hotel.

didn't like that everything was a charge. Coudn't get refill of K-cups for the second day, lobby coffee was a charge, no breakfast without a charge. Previous days stayed at Best Western Premier Suites and eveything was included and the room was a better price. Wouldn'ty recommend this place.

Everything was fine except the bed and pillows. The bed was like cardboard with a little cushioning and the pillows were way to soft. They went completely flat and didn’t give any support. We did not sleep well at all.

I reserved 2 rooms. One if the rooms needed to be changed 3 times as the first one had limited lighting in the bathroom, the second room’s entry door would not lock and coups be opened without a card, the third room was acceptable. The second room had a noisy A/C, a couple of ants on the coffee counter and both rooms had horrible pillows. I was very disappointed in the quality of this Hilton Garden Inn.

The lobby looks very modern and is nice looking. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and I think some vacuuming got missed around the bed. However, not having a full length mirror in the room was frustrating as we were getting ready to go to a wedding. The staff was very nice however and it was close to some nice places to eat and coffee.

Terribly noisy fire pit party too close to rooms
Hotel looked nice upon check in. Unfortunately they have a fire pit close to guest rooms and unlike their pool that closes at 11, they don’t close the fire pit which drew a large and noisy party late into the night. Eventually we had to yell at the crowd to come inside as hotel staff had no policy to enforce and all we wanted was to get some sleep. A really bad experience and completely unacceptable design and management issue for an otherwise nice property. A terrible night and will not return.

Overall very happy with our stay. However a couple things that could've made it even better- having a fan in the bathroom, having more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and having a second mirror elsewhere in the room to get ready as the only mirror was in the bathroom
