Très bon hotel, personnel très agreable.
Nous avons passé 12 nuits dans cet hotel. L'endroit est bien situé et très calme. Le lieu est fréquenté dans la semaine par des gens venus pour le travail, le week-end est plus familial. La piscine est petite mais très peu fréquentée. Le personnel est d'une extreme gentillesse. L'hôtel est propre et le petit déjeuner correct. Un seul bémol: la base militaire aérienne située à quelques kilomètres. Tous les matin réveil à 9h30 par les avions de chasse qui vont à l'entrainement au dessus du lac salé! le reste de la journée est calme.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Both rooms we were in had a bad smell, probably from the cooking that would have taken place there. We moved rooms because the first one had a non-functioning heater. The the second room had a functioning heater, but had the same bad smell. I would recommend this place, but check the smell of the room before accepting it.

The room itself wasn’t bad but the hotel looks and feels like an older apartment building. We stayed for five days and did not receive any cleaning services. In fairness we did not call to demand it but found it odd and ran out of towels and toilet paper. The breakfast is typical but the room has only four tables. The front desk staff were polite and helpful when asked for assistance on anything.

Very comfortable accommodations. Didn't really need any of the kitchen amenities, but the location was great and everything quite comfortable. And the staff were friendly and spoke enough Spanish to communicate with our friends.

The TownePlace Suites is somewhat outdated but nice! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room but when we were there it was great! The breakfast sandwiches were not great. But the rest of the food was wonderful! I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It is close to shopping, restaurants and of course Lagoon. I will use them again in the future!

1st come 1st serve only for swimming
The picture of the pool is deceptive. The pool is tiny. There were at least 6 kids in it nightly which pretty much maxed it out. So don't plan on swimming unless you don't mind dodging the canonballers. Bring your own pillows! The hotel ones are not good. Everything else was ok. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional.

Very well appointed. My only complaint was the dirty pool. They said it was heated but it was cold. My grandchildren's lips turned blue and their teeth were chattering.

Sweet hotel suite
Love staying at this hotel! It’s perfect for my kids and I. We are able to spread out and the little kitchen is perfect for whipping up a quick meal or storing all of our leftovers. This is my go to hotel for all our stays when we come to visit family!

The hotel is in need of updating. The bathroom is for children, mattresses need updating, furniture was really old, continental breakfast was needing refills and waited for extended period to eat.

The staff were super friendly and helpful but the room was not worth 200 it was pretty rum down n the dishes were not very clean and the smoke detected went off every 5 min the TV volumr did not work in the room and the bathroom light flickered

Do Not Recommend
Master bedroom tv did not work. No maintenance on the weekend; therefore no tv the entire trip. No insulation within the walls and ceiling therefore you can here everyone from walking around, running up and down the halls, up and down the stairs, toilet flushes and showers running. No snow removal. Parking lot full of ice and slip hazard. Breakfast area not large enough to accommodate size of property.

Renter Beware! Don't book this hotel!
We were a little concerned about things when we were sent across the parking lot to a different building. The hallways smelled of something unsavory and there was obvious construction going on. We went to the suite we had reserved, but our daughter's wheelchair couldn't fit through the bathroom door and the room smelled of cats. I have extreme allergies to cats and after 10 minutes my skin was crawling. We weren't able to stay in the hotel. We only stayed long enough to find a different hotel. I went back and explained the issue and Hannah took my keys and worked in the computer and said we were all checked out. I asked about a refund and she said it would be put on my card, but if it wasn't I could just call them. Hotels.com contacted the hotel for me the next day and the hotel said I checked out that morning instead. TOTAL LIE! The emailed receipt I finally received also said I checked out the following morning, rather than 15 minutes later. I expected way better from Marriott hotel. Maybe Marriott needs to remove their name from this hotel.

Great deal! 3beds, 3tvs, 2 rooms, and kitchen. Great staff and nice breakfast. Outside of building is getting updated. Should use funds to repair bathtubs and fix doors.
