The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. We arrived from a cruise at 9 am and were able to access our room on arrival. An extended stay room on the same floor was also arranged for us as our flight wasn’t departing until 10 pm. Both accommodations were very much appreciated.

This is our third time staying here and we absolutely love it. Location couldn't be any more perfect. It's walking distance to everything but still in a more secluded area. Staff is always friendly and helpful and everything is very clean.

My favorite place to stay when I am in Hawaii every 6 months I did notice this time that our housekeeping staff was not up to it's usual standard. I usually leave a good tip for the housekeeping staff but did not leave one at all this time. The beds were changed once in 2 weeks and the shower was only rinsed out twice but other than that I will definitely be returning. Valet and other lobby staff are amazing!!!

We loved our stay at the Outrigger Reef. It was conveniently located and the staff were friendly. We used the valet and never had to wait more than 5 minutes for our vehicle. Our family really enjoyed the cultural activities (we got to make two types of bracelets and to take a hula lesson). The pool was nice and my kids enjoyed that pool noodles were available to use as they are not super comfortable in the water. The 2 free reusable water bottles and a water bottle filling station by the lobby was also an appreciated feature. We would happily stay here again.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. They charge 50$ for resort fee but don't have much to support that fee. The beach is not swimmable with pointy rocks and a very smal beach area. Despite resort fees, they don't provide beach chairs and were asked to rent it from a nearby property. Only reason for 3 starts is mostly friendly and responsive staff members.

Loved this hotel. Right on the beach. Plenty of restaurants right across the street. Very clean. Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. Kids activities were amazing. Monkeypod and the pool bar food were excellent. Would definitely chose this hotel again!

We were disappointed and not impressed with the room where we stayed during this trip: 1. Inside the room, we found out there was a finished soda can sitting besides our bed. 2. There was black stuff backing up into our bathtub which was very disgusting. 3. Our room was facing on the side of the next building where the smoking area was NOT prohibited. Whenever we open the balcony, you will smell the secondhand cigarette smoke. We need to keep the balcony closed all the time.
