Mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée : réservation d'une chambre familiale (2 adultes et 2 enfants) avec une facturation supplémentaire sous prétexte que l'un des enfants avait 17 ans (étonnant même réservation à Leeds dans la même chaîne où il n'a absolument pas été question de supplément )

Hotel bien trop chère vu la distance a laquelle il ce trouve du centre ville et aussi pour le peux d'option proposer . Chambre correct mais petite sans confort supplémentaire . Lit dur mal aux reins au bout d'une semaine . Petit déjeuner fade avec peu de choix . Je n'y retournerai pas le prix est bien trop excessif . Ne mérite pas ces 3 étoiles

je suis sortis content de le placement de l'hôtel, intérieur magnifique, mais le lit terrible les ressort dans le dos, je suis sortie avec une énorme problème de dos, et j 'ai pas dormis bien sure mais si non cet très beau

Hotel très agréable, très propre, personnel très accueillant, chambres spacieuses et modernes. Juste faire attention au mauvais positionnement de l'hotel sur la carte car les 10 min à pied se transforment en 30 min depuis l'aéroport. Mais possibilité de prendre un taxi pour pas très cher.

Arrivée à 5 heures du matin : pas de problème. Petit déjeuner compris (très copieux mais pas oeufs & bacon (spécialités anglaises)). Personnel super aimable. J'y retournerai !

Bon hôtel moderne à 800 m de l'aéroport
POUR : hôtel récent, moderne et confortable, navette gratuite vers aéroport situé à 800m, petit déjeuner varié et copieux, accès wifi gratuit. CONTRE : parking sécurisé vite plein, attente parfois longue de la navette et pas d'appel gratuit pour l'appeler depuis l'aéroport. Absence chauffeur navette le jour de notre départ = avons failli rater l'avion !

C'est un hôtel que je recommande sans problèmes. Personnel très serviable, navette gratuite vers l'aéroport à n'importe quel moment de la journée; très bon petit déjeuner, Le seul petit reproche est Internet payant dans les chambres (5 pounds) mais gratuit au RDC (accueil).

nous avons réservé cet hôtel à cause de notre vol arrivant à Liverpool vers 22h30, nous avons attendu 30 minutes sur le parking, pas de navette, deux gardiens de parking fortement sympathiques ont appelé l'hôtel qui nous a envoyé un taxi gratuitement. L'hôtel est construit en 2006, donc presque neuf, la chambre et la salle de bain sont très propres, nous avons eu deux grands lits doubles, on peut presque dormir à 4 dans la même chambre. Bien équipée, séche-cheveux, cable pour internet, bouilloire, café et thé en sachet. Super bien dormi, on n'entend pas du tout les avions. Le petit déjeuner est continental, pas de plat chaud ni charcuterie, mais très bien servi, thé, café, jus de fruit, viennoiserie, pain grillé, céréales, oeuf dur, yaourt et fromage en sachet ... La réception a fait venir un taxi pour notre départ, on est conduit jusqu'au centre ville pour moins de 12 livres. Cet hôtel est idéal si on arrive tard ou on décolle tôt.

Very easy to find hotel and very clean room
Hotel is very easy to find and has a great car park. Delivered exactly what we wanted in the form of a clean room for an overnight stay. Included breakfast was good. Only downside is that there were a large amount of people staying there who were obviously flying out of the airport on low cost flights as they unashamedly swept the breakfast buffet to make large quantities of sandwiches. hotel staff did a great job of keeping the place restocked for the few of us who just wanted breakfast.

the hotel was nice and clean. room was quite small for our family of 4. the 1st night we got woken up several times from others coming in. slambi g doors being so loud on the floor. i did complain to just say they opoligise. the free breakfast wasn't good at all. the 2nd morning which was the Sunday the pure orange juice machine had ran out so it was mainly producing water. there was no sausages and scrambled egg or beans or croissants or any other pastry. this I thought was very dissapointing.

There are much better hotels than this.
Where should I start. 1) We booked two rooms for the family and they were not able to arrange our room together as they say hotels.com did not inform them of the two joint bookings. 2) I brought my car in and we informed the receptionist that we have it parked on the premises. We were neither informed about the parking pass that was needed to be put on the dashboard nor the code required to leave the parking lot. 3) For dinner we decided to order at the bar and the bar menu suggested in several places, vegetarian options where none were available. The receptionist suggested we go outside to either pizza Hut or Toby and that eating in was not possible. This after a long days activity when we would have hoped to sit back, relax and unwind. Not to forget the basics everyone needs hot water in the morning Shower. 4) We were asked to pay at the hotel even though we paid all upfront on hotels.com. The dispute was raised with hotels.com twice and so far I haven't had a refund from the hotel. Really unprofessional!

Poor service on reception, dirty mugs in my room. Water still in the kettle from previous guess. No bin bag in the bin. No socket next to mirrors. No mirrors over dressing table. I'm not going back.

Fine for the night before an early flight
We booked a family room. Double bed and sofa bed. That wasn't really big enough for a 13 and 10 yr old together. So one slept on the cushions on the floor. Breakfast was ok, what you'd expect and getting a taxi to JLA was easy to sort. It's not as close or comfy and spacious as Premier Inn mind. There's no where great to eat nearby. We walked to the Toby. Don't do it. My advice is book the Premier Inn.

A nice new hotel with great food.
The hotel is big and comfortable with large rooms that are clean and affordable. We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children. The breakfast is great and the dinner (we ordered steak) was excellent. Would recommend this hotel.

Average but OK.
Good location, especially if you are going flying from the airport. Rooms are a bit shabby and stained, sofa bed had many stains and also staining in ceiling from an obvious leak from above. Bed was quite old and wobbly . Having said that the room was clean and tidy. Quite a good selection of breakfast items. Staff were very friendly and helpful, could not fault them. Public areas were in a better state than the room. Probably wouldn't stay again as Premier Inn rooms are bigger and nicer for the price.

Close to the airport for an overnight stop
At just one mile from the airport this hotel is convenient as a stop over on the way to Rhodes. We had some time to kill so we were able to walk to some shops and there was a nice restaurant near by as well.

Great place to stay!
The staff were so welcoming & helpful on check-in, whilst the room was spotlessly clean & comfortable. Hotel staff also arranged transport to the city centre for us, too, making things easy for us & were friendly/attentive whilst we were in the lounge/bar. Free wi-fi/free breakfast & really good car park security (also free) were added bonuses.
