Hôtel très bien, mais parking un peu petit
Hôtel très agréable, l’accueil est très bien ainsi que le petit déjeuner et le bar. L’endroit est facile d’accès en voiture, mais la taille du parking est un peu juste vu que l’hôtel organise beaucoup de réunions et séminaires, amenant beaucoup de personnes en voiture.

L'hôtel est très correct, un peu vieux dans le style mais en bon état et bien entretenu. Un peu perdu; pas la navette permet de se déplacer. Pas trop loin de l'aéroport et de la telecom valley, parfait pour le business.

Nice hotel to stay. The shuttle bus takes you to the Reston town and the bus driver gave as guide which really helped us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had stayed in the property for two saturdays in a row and had a great experience both times. The first Saturday we had not a great experience with the Bar and Breakfast, but the second both were much better. The full breakfast was very nice with many tasty options and the attendant was always available and very helpful. An overall great experience this time.

Beautiful Property with assume staff and quiet rooms that were well furnished. Our only problems were with the rather odd and confusing Bar and Breakfast Bar staff. It was hard to figure out what the set up was and the staff was not particularly good about explaining how they worked. Others also seemed to be confused at the experience. The menu was hand printed on a caulk board with limited choices. Another patron told us that we could custom order a sandwich which we did and it was tasty but one requested item was left out. They took the sandwich back and added the missing item without problem. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. If I went back again, I would just opt to go out to breakfast.

Clean and comfy but odd and inefficient
This is a strange place. The elevator to the rooms is a long walk from reception. You can't operate the elevator unless you have your room key. There is only one small hook in the bathroom for hanging towels - fine if you're one person, but not a family of four. We were told our free breakfast was "grab and go" but you had to wait a long time in line to order (tip to Sheraton: how about a buffet?), and there was only one person working. The restaurant is odd; it's dark and a little dreary and for dinner -- again -- only one person was working (the bartender). You have to order your dinner at the bar and then the bartender brings it to you. That night, he seemed overworked and confused. Also, don't order the chicken Milanese. It is literally the size of a chicken nugget.
