Pour quelques jours seulement
Hotel aux équipements modernes mais sans charme. Accès aux transports en commun peu pratique. Zone très routière peu adaptée aux piétons. Des personnels accueillants et d'autres moins sympas : une belle réflexion lors du second' petit dej pour nous dire que Le pourboire devait être donné (ayant tout payé via expédia nous avions simplement oublié de glisser un Billet) et lors du départ ils ont exigé de faire payer Le parking pour la durée du séjour alors qu'il était compris dans l'offre Expédia. Nous avons réussi à ne rien payer car nous avions avec nous une facture Expédia imprimée. Et ceci dans une ambiance glaciale.

In DC for the fourth
Location is fantastic. Close to Georgetown. Two blocks to Reselyyn metro. Access is super easy. The problem is the hotel needs some love. Superficially paint is fresh, furniture current. But it feel a bit tired. Halls are dark. It feels just ignored. And it shouldn't. Don't get me wrong... I'ld stay there again. It just doesn't feel current. No problems recommending. Safe. Quit. Just a little dated.

Front desk staff in the morning was absolutely unhelpful and unprofessional and rude. After a night of loud noise in the hallway, found trash littered and luggage carrying-cart in the middle of the hall way, went to let the front people know and ask to clean up, all she, the staff person said was “we are short staffed”. No apology or “we’ll take care of it ASAP, etc. she was annoyed we brought up the issue so early in the morning, it seemed.

I saw a heroin addict nodding off 2 blocks away at 6pm, and I was solicited for money by a bum (I gave him a pork rib, since he looked thin for which he seemed grateful).

We stayed there for the outdoor pool. Upon check in we were told it was not open... that should have been on the internet! Hotel needs updating and 26 was too much to pay to park in the nearly empty garage. Room was very small and no shower caps!

I loved the close proximity to Georgetown Waterfront. I didn’t like the fact that my room key stopped working every day. That was quite inconvenient. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and always enjoyed my stay. The staff is extremely accommodating and kind. The only negative thing I have to say is the quality of the rooms and upper levels. The lobby looks amazing, but the rooms and hallways are pretty outdated. Could use a good revamp. However, the rooms were clean. Would recommend to friends as it has a great location as well!

The location of the hotel was great, trails nearby, walking distance to Georgetown crossing the bridge. The rooms were good. The entrance needs an update. Landscaping at the entrance was poor and unkept, the revolving door was not working and sides doors were difficult to open. Upon arrival, I thought that that entrance was a secondary entrance, not the main one. It was not a good impression.

The hotel and the location is great... quite and near main attraction..the problem was the water was cold and the hot water wasn’t hot more like warm.. I Ddnt like the idea that I had to pay for Parking when I stay at any hotel..

Fairly convenient to Georgetown, where a lot of our activities were centered. Not a lot of stores or restaurants within walking distance. Sorry the hotel restaurants were closed for Covid. We heard people complain that they didn't know about that in advance from ads or listings. Nice big parking garage but parking is expensive.

Excellent location. We would definitely stay here again. I think the hotel needs a little update in some areas (not all necessarily). What I liked the most was its location and convenience, the area is walkable and is close to a metro statin.

This is a great place to stay for groups. I will warn that they do not have turn down service where they refresh the rooms daily. So you will have to put the towels outside the room and they will bring fresh towels up. That was an adjustment. They do have cribs available and they are more like play pens so bring bedding to keep your little one comfy. The bathrooms are small but very functional and clean. It is tall people friendly so you won’t feel like you are bumping your head when showering. The view was incredible of the national monument and it is so convenient to DC. We also had a 12 passenger van and there was plenty of space to park it outside. Highly recommend this hotel.
