We take safety and security seriously and have strict policies in place. Regarding the odor in the lobby, we have forwarded your concerns to our team for further investigation. As for the neighborhood, we are located in a vibrant area, and while we understand your concern, we have not had any reported safety issues in the past. We regret to hear about the condition of your room. Our maintenance team is diligently working to address the mentioned issue.
