Notre safe était barré, on a demandé de nous le débarrer et la réponse à été que puisque notre séjour était de moins de 72 heures que nous en n’avions pas besoin et je passe toutes les conversations que j’ai eu avec l’hôtel. This is my second time staying here and I enjoyed my rooms. Just know that the bathrooms are small. They’ve added a free small buffet breakfast since my last stay which was good since the restaurant next door has been torn down. The food was decent. On this trip, I booked at the last minute and they only had 2 rooms left which were by the elevator and I normally request rooms away from the elevator, so I had to hear the ice machine every time someone needed ice. I would stay here again.

Was just ok. Room not ready till 4 on check in. Difficult sleeping because lighting in parking lot so bright, curtains allowed light in a lot. Was like daytime during the night.

The room was incredibly spacious and clean. We were put in an end room so it was pretty quiet on our side of the hall. Breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety of things to choose from.

I didn't like the tv channel options. No TNT, ESPN, The Weather Channel, HGTV, TBS, AMC; the basic channels that we're all probably use too. I had to go to sports bars to watch games, and the only tv programming was shows like Cops, Forensic Files and ABC, CBS and NBC.. they basically just had a few of the channels that you get with a basic antenna. The microwave was the smallest and cheapest, and popping popcorn was a challenge. The bed was very comfortable, so I did sleep well.

This hotel has been renovated and it is gorgeous. The interior room decor is prefect. The staff at the front desk were very cordial and pleasant. Upon arriving in the room we found it was clean, nicely decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. Luckily we are didn’t need hands on treatment and we made do with what we had. The room had limited towels upon arrival. Each person was allowed one bath towel, one hand towel and a facecloth. Since I have long hair, I typically use one bath towel just for my hair alone. Surprisingly on the second day of our stay we were left with an additional bath towel (3). I am not one to constantly call the front desk so we made the 3 work for us. The room comes with snacks, water and coffees but they were never refilled. Room hospitality was non existent. During a 4 night stay the cleaning service came in one day. The self serve breakfast was excellent for being included in the room rate. It included a do-it-yourself waffle iron and pancake iron, toaster with various breads, pastries, juice, coffee, tea and hot sausage, eggs and potatoes. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Very noisy from slamming exterior doors and others in hallways, no sound break even with a rolled towel at the door bottom. Very old bathroom fixtures, tub rusted/dirty. Access to the breakfast area and ice machines required you to exit outside, walk out a ramp, across the drive east east, back up a second ramp and swipe to enter a door. Horrible setup as it forced you to walk out into the pouring rain we experienced. Wouldn't stay again.

Really nice hotel. Very nice staff. Easy to walk around for dinner and entertainment. Very close walk to beach. Great stay!

BEWARE!!!! Do NOT stay here! When you arrive, you are greeted with a large sign at the desk that reads "We are not responsible for stolen property" The lobby smelled like marijuana. It did not feel like a safe neighborhood - especially at night -- lots of bars on the windows of area business. The room was clean-ish if you did not look to closely. The ceiling in the room was falling in. We only stayed one night event though we were booked for 4. We were told that we would not be charged for the other 3 nights. We were charged and we are still waiting for a refund. Expedia has been helpful in fighting for our refund.
