The stay itself was fine, however, the roaches crawling in the bathroom and the walls in the room were definitely not a welcome site. Hence, refused a shower. The phone was plugged into the wall and sitting on the floor, no desk for the phone or desk chair placed randomly in the room. There was a frozen dinner left behind in the freezer as well.

From Newly renovated to roach infested garbage
There was a roach infestation really bad. Turn on a light switch and they all go running or come out. Was too uncomfortable to sleep. It says newly renovated but it’s definitely not. Floors were filthy the water didn’t turn on in the kitchen we did complain to the desk she said she’d leave a note and get back to us but never did.

Efficiency without pots and pans or dishes.
I paid more for an efficiency in order to use the fridge and freezer which they did have. I assumed the room would also have a coffeemaker as every hotel does. It did not. So I somehow had to boil water for my tea, either in the microwave or on the stove. Here comes the weird thing. There were absolutely no dishes in the efficiency, and all the lazy Indian manager lady had to offer was a flimsy plastic cup that would melt in the microwave. Unbelievable.

Terrible place to stay.
Very uncomfortable and disturbing atmosphere. The first thing you could smell when you walked in the room was weed. Furniture in the room was broke. The toilet in the hotel room would not flush. Would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Air quality in the room was absolutely terrible.

There are what appear to be drug addicts in the stairwell and parking lot. Upon walking to my room, someone tried to sell me a tablet. Got in room and TV wouldn’t work so I was moved to another room. Noise outside most of night and hard to get comfortable in the bed. Aside from that, it was great.

Just Nasty - Literally Disgusting.
Let's start with the positives: 1) Desk clerk was pleasant; 2) TV worked; 3) Cable worked; Hot water worked; 4) Keycard for door worked; 5) Room was relatively spacious; 6) Reservation was inexpensive. Now, for the negatives: The desk clerk charged me an additional $3.00 Administrative fee. Upon approaching my room, I encountered a vagrant sitting outside my door, which was in a darkened corner by the staircase. He stayed there, talking loudly on his cell phone outside my room for hours. My room smelled awful. There were at least 4 houseflies living in my room. The property and the room appear dilapidated. There are several broken down automobiles parked on the property. There is trash everywhere on the property. Not all of the lights in my room worked. The bed coverings were stained and appeared to be ancient. The privacy curtain had several holes in it. The floor was filthy. There was a wet towel on the floor, wadded beneath the A/C unit. There was no plastic bag in my room's trash can. The bathroom fixtures are ancient and falling apart. The shower curtain rod is the removable, spring-loaded, dime store type. There was only one roll of toilet paper provided. There are drilled holes with no fixtures in the furniture and the walls. It was difficult to stay in this room - it is likely one of the worst I have ever paid for. It also is likely to currently have several health code violations. I feel slimy and idiotic for reserving and sleeping in this room.

I have never stayed in such a dirty filthy hotel in my life. No towels no soap shampoo in the room. No hairdryer. Called the front desk place and we got two towels and one washcloth. I would normally never leave a bad review, but I would tell everyone do not go there it’s filthy

Check in was okay. The stay was very nice and quiet. If you do not want to be disturbed make sure you get a do not disturb sign. House keeping comes around in the morning. The beds are okay as well
