No water at all when we arrive and for all the night. Cold water only in the morning. Expensive for no confort.

Bon sejour. Hotel agreable mais un peu ancien. Parking payant mais prix raisonnable. Bon petit dejeuner. Personnel très agreable et souriant.

Very nice hotel in not that great of an area but super close to Reagan National! Shuttle driver dropped me off way before the entrance for the actual airline so I got lost in the airport but I did make it home. Thank you!

We checking in the hotel April 11 celebrating Anniversary we have horrible experience because the hotel that night only hot water we called the front desk and the lady say the next day in the morning is the only be able to fix the problem that’s out experience

This property was clean, but definitely has had lots of use as things looked worn. My bathroom had peeling paint on the ceiling. The hallway carpet looked worn. Overall, I had a wonderful stay it was clean, safe, and the price was decent

The hotel itself was nice and clean. The one star review is for the fact that upon check in we realized or shower would not give out hot water. We contacted the desk and they weren’t helpful about the situation at all. My elder mother had to take an ice cold shower. Upon our frustration we walked down to front desk to complain again about the water and we were told they would send someone right away. Again our request was ignored and we never got the situation fixed

Hotel is not near to metro or major transportation. The neighborhood seems not that safe. The rooms are not better than motels. I booked the room that was on sale and was fooled by the photos on Expedia and Sheraton sites.

It's unfortunate to have to leave a negative review but thought I'd share my experience to advise other travelers. I booked a 2 night reservation with this hotel a week in advanced. We get to the hotel the night of our reservation after a long trip to be told they were "overbooked" the night and we'd have to stay the night at one their partnering hotels (Le Meridien Arlington) 2 miles away. We were told to return back to the Sheraton for the 2nd night. Mind you we're a large group we booked 5 rooms total. We all had to go this other hotel in the middle to night we get there and they were unable to accommodate our original reservation of a double bed room they only had a king bed room available. Whatever everyone made it work the best they could. We check in for the 2nd night at the Sheraton and are given a room that the shower is under construction the ladder was still the bathroom and the drywall the ceiling was cut out,sitting in the bathtub. Needless to say it all a huge inconvenience and irresponsibility of the Sheraton. I do not recommend.

Overall stay was good, however, the hotel is not in a walkable location and there’s not a ton of dining around. Paying for parking somewhere where you’re already paying to sleep was annoying but I understand that they can get away with that. There was a plumbing issue that we noticed upon arrival because trash cans were catching the water on each level of the parking garage. Staff was enjoyable, and the food in the restaurant was good!

Tiny area in front to park and check in. Parking garage has 3 levels below, 2 of them have gushing water to drive through. Only foot access is elevator to main lobby with all your stuff. Room was across from main building. Smallest bathroom ever seen. No cold water in the afternoon or night, just scolding hot water. Toilet would run off and on for hours. Peeling wall paper and open receptacles with no cover plates. No chairs in the room. Bare minimum hotel room in a terrible location with construction all around. The smaller section across the driveway from the main building is where we stayed. Pets are allowed, but the tiny rooms are awful.

Very friendly staff. Upgraded our room, without asking, to a room with a beautiful view of all the monuments/ Memorials. Shuttle pick up/ dropoff at airport, metro and shopping. Clean hotel and rooms. Will stay here again.

We had requested an early check in (normal time is 4pm) we checked in at 3:30. Immediately we were told the room wasn’t ready yet, however could be placed into another room (king instead of double) but would have to pay the difference in pricing. We declined and stated we would wait, as the hotel would call us when the room was ready. Never did call us, we had to check it out ourselves. Our room was in another building across from the main facility. Getting our luggage there was difficult as the elevator was broken and we were on the bottom floor. This issue was the same when we checked out. No microwave in the room, charged per day for internet, charged nightly for parking, and the hotel restaurant is a joke for the menu. I’d recommend a Airbnb for a extended stay of 3 days or more. Our final bill was significantly more than what we paid for on Expedia, and we didn’t even use the Internet or other services.

Great location for visiting DC. Only one elevator was working so long waits . Room was spacious and bed were comfy. Breakfast was good but a bit pricey.

Property in a residential neighborhood. Double beds meant full size beds not queen size. Property was clean, convenient, and staff was friendly. Shower got nice and hot and stayed hot. Mattress was decent could’ve been better but overall a pleasant stay. The interior of the property was somewhat current but neighborhood was not aesthetically pleasing. Oh and had to carry luggage up stairs in certain areas.

Room/s w/ breakfast for 2 is perfect for our overnight stay in the DC area. It’s just a few minute drive to DC attractions. Room is clean w/ bottled water & free coffee inside the room. Breakfast is full-stock at their restaurant/cafe.
