Our second visit here and it was perfect! Great location. Superb staff, very patient and helpful. Clean, functional and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Well appointed kitchen with grocery across the street. Safe underground parking. Great value!

Rooms are spacious but need an update. Pool is too small for the property. Housekeeping should refill coffee and toilet paper daily.

Our accommodation was very spacious and staff helpful. Patrolled area of Noosa beach across the road. There were some issues with TV and Foxtel that staff seem to be aware of. We would stay here again.

The Sebel was undergoing renovations during our stay. Complimentary secure parking made coming and going easy. The staff were unfailingly professional and personable. The room had a kitchen and laundry. We had river views over the river from our balcony. With the front exiting on to Hastings Street , we were within an easy walk of the cafes and restaurants and the beach itself.

Booking made 2 months in advance. Hotel then sent a text message to say no pool use during period of stay along with maintenance works being done on buildings. Workers commenced at 6:30am so no rest time which was the entire reason to get away and still charged premium price. Very disappointed by both your website and hotel

We found out after we had booked the hotel is under going major renovations and also the swimming pool was closed. When we got to the hotel the noise was evident but we were reassured our room would be quiet. It was not. when and asked to be moved but was then told there were no quiet rooms. We asked to be cancelled and refunded which they agreed too immediately. They should have been more upfront with the situation.

Would have been nice if it was presented clean there was food left in freezer and dishwasher was dirt and hair in the bathroom it was mopped but not vacuumed sun standard compared to all my other Noosa experiences

Room was lovely and comfortable. Staff were professional. But unfortunately, Wotif failed to mentioned that the property was under some major renovations during the booking process. So this meant that all the facilities were out of action during our stay. Very disappointing

With the pool out of action and the noise way worse than back at Easter, relaxing was near impossible. Plus many parents had decided the spa pool was a creche, leaving their kids unattended for hours, assuming other adults would keep an eye on them. Some of the older kids were great, very polite and fun to chat with, but younger ones should always have an adult known to them present. Staff were lovely as unusual. Location is good. Would expect that increased amount of noise and lack of facilities, and need to be away from rooms from 8am-4pm daily) to reflect more in the price. I felt very sorry for those with kids 4-12 and no pool.

My partner and I enjoyed a lovely stay at the Sebel. We knew that that swimming pool was out of action, however, we were also disappointed when we went to use the spa, that it was also not working. This was not communicated to us, and we needed to ring reception to find out if there were any issues with the spa.

Location is fabulous. Property is undergoing upgrades to all paved areas so it was not at its best although every effort was made to minmise thr impact on guests. Apartment wa clean and tidy but could also do with an upgrade.

We were given our rooms keys, the room was still being cleaned, when we returned the issued keys didn’t work. Went to use the TV, batteries flat in remote control.

Didn’t know about renovations until after booking. The reception / foyer renovations together with the construction next door - room facing site and workers - made the stay uncomfortable. Would never of stayed if known.

It should be mentioned when buying breakfast at this hotel that it is a voucher for the close by Aromas Cafe, which is great. The voucher is given on arrival, it has limited choices for breakfast and does not include drinks and you pay extra for Eggs Bennie. The cafe prices are very reasonable and and I felt we were totally ripped off by Sebel for the voucher. Had I have known it was a voucher, I would not have bought it.

The room was great inside. Spacious and clean. The spa bath looked inviting but no soap was provided. All soaps, shampoo etc are in large containers attached to the walls next to the hand basin and in the shower, and in the bath you have access to neither of these. So if you want to use the bath take your own soap! The outside balcony area faced a building and was over the edge of the carpark. It was completely boarded to the ceiling with timber slats so there was little view out (or in). Completely unwelcoming and I’m not sure why you’d go out there.

Unfortunately I got stuck in their lift for over an hour. It was stifling hot in there. I was disappointed as there was no follow up to see how I was as I was quite distressed.
