Was very close of the water falls. Room for price are a little bit messy Fridge in the room doesn’t work No place to plug cell phone or regular electric plug we need to unplug lamp to get place to plug something. Light switch need to be replaced. I saw some spark coming out the switch. But in the other side. The crew are very nice. Swimming pool are well maintained. An fresh coffee every time of the day at the reception.

Bien situé près du Convention center, stationnement facile, peu d’attente aux ascenseurs, belle vue dues chutes mais chambre très poussiéreuse sur les murs et pleins de toiles de poussière au plafond. Manque d'entretien, nos allergies ont commencé en arrivant. L'hôtel a besoin d'un rafraichissement. Malheureusement nous n'y retourneront pas.

Premièrement, nous avions booke des chambres avec vu sur les chutes apparemment ce n’était pas le cas. A notre arrivée, nous avons été informés que nous devions changer d’hôtel car il y avait eu un problème technique dans nos chambres. Je leur ai demandé pourquoi ils nous avait ps prévenu avant. Réponse on vous a laissé un message, ce qui est faux, aucun message. On nous a demandé d’aller au Hilton, qu’ils étaient au courant. A notre arrivée aucune trace de notre réservation. Heureusement, que la personne du Hilton était très pro. Je tiens à noté que lorsque nous sommes retournés une deuxième fois à l’accueil du Oaks, nous avons été accueilli pr “What’s wrong”, c’est vraiment pas customer oriented. Honnêtement je pense qu’ils avaient surbooke l’hôtel. Pour finir nous avons du ajouter 40$ par chambre au Hilton. J’espère qu’un c’est commercial sera fait en retour

on nous charge des frais d'hotel (ménage entretien, service) et il faut demander à faire la chambre. Malgré notre demande, la chambre n'a pas été nettoyé et les serviettes de rechange on été laissé devant notre porte dans un sac. Nous étions 4 et il n'y avait que 3 serviettes a notre arrivé et l'aspirateur n'avait visiblement pas été fait. Pas fort comme service

Terrible hotel i will never come back . This is like a 50$ motel in a big building . They said in the reservation that the room has a view on the river . But the room has a view on a f... parking . You can not see a single drop of water ..i asked the receptionist and she said the river view starts from the 2nd floor . For the parking they charge you 45plus tax per night ? Wth.? The next day i find parkings in the sane area for 25$ . So the clienta pays the double ?? The room is a normal standard room . Nothing special. For the price we paid its ridiculous. I would never recommand anyone to come here for the price rang we better go to hilton or so many other choices just in the spot we much better view . Better services . Better room for sure

took over two hours to get our room because Oakes had overbook and had the ball to tell us there was a maintenance issue with our room so we were moved to the Hilton and the parking well we had to take a shuttle to get to our car. so let say this his not a good way to start stay....

À notre arrivée, nous avons appris que notre chambre était en rénovation. Pourtant j'avais réservé depuis 2 mois. Ils nous ont relocaliser au Hilton. Ils nous ont confirmé que c'était le même prix et non ! Nous avons payé plus cher. De plus, notre stationnement était à une bonne marche de l'hôtel pour tous les gens relocaliser. La madame à la réception parlait très vite et nous a offert aucune excuse.

My hotel experience was thoroughly disappointing from the moment I walked into the room. The overpowering foul smell that hit me immediately was not only unbearable but lingered throughout my stay, raising concerns about the hotel's cleanliness.The room's condition was shocking. The out-of-order toilet left me with no choice but to report it and wait for maintenance. Unfortunately, this persisted for two days and required three maintenance calls, causing us to question the hotel's professionalism. A truly professional establishment would have taken prompt action after the first report.The beds were stained with troubling yellow marks, making me doubt their cleanliness. The curtains appeared neglected, covered in dust and faded colors. The remaining carpet was so disheveled that I couldn't bear to take off my shoes. The refrigerator was in an equally deplorable state – unsanitary and uninviting.To compound our disappointment, the hotel's exorbitant price was unjustifiable for the poor quality of our stay. It felt like a blatant overcharge for the dismal experience we endured.As if the disappointments weren't enough, we encountered a big insect that looked like a cockroach in the pool, which was a shockingly unpleasant experience.

Notre chambre avait un problème de maintenance.Ayant payer d avance, heuresement. Ils m ont envoyés au Hilton. Au Hilton, tour Middle, chambre 521, accès WiFi presque impossible, sauf dans le coin du couloir de l entrée. Ne pas prendre le parking c est 44$ taxes et c est à 2 patés de maison. Certes il y a une navette. Sinon propreté, gentillesse du Hilton et piscine sur le toit , impeccable.

Cet hotel ne vaut pas le prix proposé. La vue "rivière" fût pour nous une vue 2/3 parking et 1/3 rivière. En résumé, vous payez l emplacement mais pas la qualité. Personnel tres sympa par contre.

L’immeuble est terriblement vieux pour le prix des chambre ça ne vaut pas la peine j’irai ailleurs la prochaine fois . De plus le site internet promet bcp que l’offre qu’on a eu finalement . Nous n’avons pas pu rester à cet établissement. Ont nous a envoyé à un autre hôtel. Problème d’eau, selon ce qu’ils ont dit. Je ne peu évaluer cet hôtel. Mais où ont nous a envoyé est très bien.

Horrible hôtel aux Falls
Honnêtement, l’hôtel est vieux et aurait grandement besoin d’une rénovation complète de ses chambres. Malgré la réservation d’une chambre jacuzzi avec vue, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une chambre vieillotte, un matelas pourri qui n’a pas été changé depuis 20 ans, des éclats de carrelage et manque de joints partout dans la douche. Cet hôtel est une réelle arnaque vu son prix. Nous étions mal à l’aise vis à vis de la propreté, cela m’est rarement arrivé dans un hôtel. Le staff est jeune et inexpérimenté. Au départ, aucune question sur notre séjour mais un « i am all set good bye ». Comptez sur nous pour ne jamais revenir.

A notre arrivé, nous avons été transféré à Hilton sans frais supplémentaires…sous prétexte que notre chambre était en rénovation…Mais je pense qu ils font de l over booking mais tout à notre avantage…Merveilleux 😁😁😁
