Poor Front Desk Service
The booking was fine. Got confirmation number. However when I went to check in at 16:30 there was no one at the front desk and the restaurant was not open. Only from leaving a phone message did someone get back to tell me were the key was left. I got into my room around 18:30. Check out was similar problem of no one at the front desk to receive the key back. The restaurant was open for breakfast.
