My mom and I really appreciated the location, so close (walking distance) of the falls! The bed were as well very comfy and I even enjoyed the extra blanket. A pair of slipper was missing, which is not a big deal.

Le prix du stationnement était exagéré, soit 25$ par jour. De plus, j’ai dû payer des frais de commodité de 15$ par jour… mais pour quelle commodité??? Aucun service au chambre, pas de ménage et restaurant de l’hôtel fermé.

Frais supplémentaires abusifs
C’est un hôtel bien entretenu et propre. Le personnel est sympathique. J’ai réservé cet hôtel avec « hôtels.com » car j’ai eu un très bon prix. Cependant, les frais supplémentaires de l’hôtel sont vraiment abusifs. Le stationnement coûte 25$ par jour plus taxes et il y a un stationnement juste en face de l’hôtel pour 10$ par jour. De plus, l’hôtel ajoute des frais de 15$ par jour pour l’entretien de la piscine (qui était en réparation durant notre séjour), pour le téléphone (inutile puisqu’en 2021 presque tout le monde à son propre téléphone), ils appellent ça  « hotel facility fees ». Avec l’ajout de ces frais, le prix d’une nuitée augmente beaucoup trop.

The restaurant is the only reason why am giving it any star because the staff there were very nice. The hotel room was not tidy, and the AC was making a very loud noise that kept me up all night

My husband, me and my dog enjoyed this rustic and warm hotel. The pool was the perfect temperature and was clean. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel, the pool was very small and hallway smelling of Chlorine. Parking and other services were extra fee. We had a issue with the pet policy and management was supposed to call back which they never did. This was a bad experience overall booking through Expedia.

The hotel is welcoming and nicely decorated, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are terrific, the restaurant is pleasant but overpriced. There are NO accommodations for people in wheelchairs or scooters. Not one automatic door opener, very few disabled parking spots (3 maybe), and steps to get from the lobby to the elevator. So rules it out for some of us.

We do have a few rooms for guests with wheelchairs or scooters however, you may have not seen these as they are accessible via our courtyard area which has an exterior entry to the courtyard. However, to your point, as a historic building, we do have some limitations. Wonderful beautiful hotel. The food at the restaurant was fantastic and so were the employees. The only things we did not like was how loud the heater and fireplace were, but hey, they worked, and how parking is $35 a night when you already pay to stay there. Awesome situation as everything in the Falls is walking distance. I would definitely stay there again!

We like the room where we stayed and the staffs are very helpful as well. However, I gave 4 stars because there is a facility fee which is $15 per night which is not mentioned in the website. This seems to be nickel and dimming to me as there are not a lot of facilities in the inn, I would appreciate if it is listed upfront as well in the website. The other issues also in the night sometimes we heard some noises outside as we were facing out. Others than that, we have good stay.

Staff was wonderful. Kind, friendly and so helpful. They literally were the best. The building is beautiful but needs work. Didn't like that there were no showers by the pool. Have to shower in your room and go go dripping down the elevator. Water was cold We woke up to three workmen looking in our window. It was horrible. Never had this happen before. totally not acceptable and disgusting. The tv was terrible with only a few stations including govt programming. Horrible guys who stay in and watch tv at night. The shower had hardly any water coming out. Wanted a coffee in the morning but machine fell apart. Trip was a nightmare

This property is a 2 star at best. The decor is old and the entire property is in need of significant repair. It has been painted to hide the deterioration. They charge $15.00 for a resort fee but there is no resort features. There is an old indoor pool with old loungers. I was told the resort fee includes the 2 bottle of water in the room and wifi as well. They charge 35.00 for parking and the lot is empty. There is $10 parking across the street but no one mentioned that. The TV is analog- like watching TV in the 80s. The furniture is old and the rooms are dark. I do not recommend this hotel.

It was our first time staying at this boutique hotel and it was lovely! The staff were amazing, the room was clean and quiet. We had a Superior double room on the third floor. It had been renovated and had a view of the courtyard. It was super quiet. The beds were comfy and the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in until 8am which is unheard of for 2 early risers! I would totally stay here again. They are doing work to improve the parking lot and other areas of the hotel but this did not impact our stay at all and will overall improve the hotel. Can’t wait to stay here again!

I loved everything about the Old Stone Inn! I loved the rustic decor and coziness of the Inn. The rooms were perfection. We were able to bring our dog and were walking distance to the Clifton Hill area. And the Skylon Tower was just across the street. The staff were so warm and welcoming and the food at the restaurant was delicious!
