Horrible experience with this "hotel" and its "staff". Firstly, it is not a hotel and does not meet the professionalism expected with a hotel. It is a family owned apartment where a woman will meet you in front of the apartment building to give you the keys. Unfortunately, she herself does not know which keys open the main building door or the apartment door, so there will be trial and error. But before you can even go inside, enjoy the 3 hr adventure to find parking. Entering the room we found that it was not at all like the pictures. There was a big broken mirror resting on the floor of the hallway right by the entrance to the bathroom(potential danger waiting to happen). A flimsy bed, which tipped over multiple times, and somebodys old clothes in the closet. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and filthy. My family and I booked this apartment for 3 nights, however we left within 4 hours (3 from finding parking). I tried contacting the "staff" and addressing the issues. The woman who gave me the keys transferred me to the "manager". After having difficulty hearing past the kids crying in the background, she said she received the complaint and would call me back within the hour, which turned into 7 hours. After being considerate and polite, I requested a partial refund as we did stay there for 4 hours and booked it for 3 nights. Their response was NO REFUNDS and I have yet to hear back. Please avoid at all costs and look elsewhere for lodging.
