This hotel is a dump. Heat didn't work in the room, so they gave us a space heater. The room was advertised at 375 sq. ft. ("Corner King") and was maybe 200 sq. ft. at best. The front desk would do nothing, said to complain to the manager via e-mail which I did, and she never responded. No dresser or drawers for clothes (in an upgraded room!) The bathroom smaller than a closet. STAY AWAY!!!

Just ok. Small room which wasn’t a huge issue for us, but it was noisy. We could hear neighbors talking, people in hallway, and traffic outside. The restaurant looked great but we didn’t have time to eat. Not the worst we’ve stayed at but certainly not the best.

I don't think the room warranted the price. The room was quite small with a single bed which was fine for me. Although I believe I was charged the same price as larger rooms.

I highly suggest to clean windows. Bathrooms should be upgraded. Bathroom looked very outdated and looked gray. Street noise was extremely loud at night.

We loved that we could go down to the cafe to grab a quick drink and breakfast before starting our day. It was cozy and perfect for the two night stay we planned.

Great Gramercy location convenient to various MTA lines & Mad Sq. Park. Nice large room (for NYC standards) w/ great bed & bathroom. Good options for dining & drinks too; did brunch @ Comodo, coffee & snacks @ Smile & cocktails @ both rooftop bar & Calico. Hot water was an issue one morning, as was some noise/reverb from the mezzanine night club on Sat. Night.

Loud dirty windows. Some very pleasant staff. Great dining options. Fire alarm went off at night and they totally were uncommunicative with guests. Very chaotic.

I liked that there was a really pretty restaurant attached to the property it made things very convenient! The staff was really nice I got there early and I was able to use the downstairs bathrooms and when I left I forgot something in my room and I was able to collect it later

It was fine. Bathroom was very very small and they were having issues with hot water, so had cold showers. They did give us back the facility fee for the inconvenience. Room was a decent size by NYC standards. Has an eclectic flair.

We had a wonderful stay but do know that the ladders to the bunk beds are bolted to the walls and are not too easy to get on the beds from. Incredible stay otherwise and definitely recommend!!!

The property has an excellent location. The property appeals to a younger crowd and gets busy and noisy. Housekeeping has glitches. Unlimited free bottled water was an excellent treat.

I had very high hopes for this hotel as it is in a great location and had solid reviews. However, our stay was the worst experience I have ever had while staying in a hotel. I don’t say this lightly, nor have I ever complained about a stay. The AC in the room we were originally in was broken, and then after relocating - that ac system also did not work. The carpets were absolutely filthy, and there were multiple hairs on the pillows as we arrived. We did not complain about the hairs bc we had just got relocated to a different room due to ac issues. The mini fridge was moldy, the phone in our room also did not work. We stayed on the fourth floor, and the noise from the club in the hotel was so loud, we might as well have been in it. This went on until 4:10am. When I called the front desk to ask if there was anything he could do about the noise, he gave so much pushback and was extremely rude. Again, I hate complaining or being a burden in anyway, but this hotel experience was abysmal and an absolute disappointment. I travel a lot, and this was the worst stay I have ever had.

Room service is no longer available, and for security purposes outside deliveries are not allowed as our elevators are accessible only by keys.
