Hôtel bien situé avec tarif correct pour Manhattan
La chambre était petite mais nous n'allions pas à NY pour profiter de l'hôtel, ce n'est vraiment que pour passer la nuit. La fenêtre de la chambre donne sur un mur, la salle de bain est privative avec un petite baignoire. Le p'tit déj est correct et assez varié. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité de l'Empire State Building, Cental Park - Times square - Grand Central peuvent se faire à pieds au départ de l'hôtel. Pour le reste nous prenions le métro qui se trouve à proximité de l'hôtel. Nous avions réservé six mois à l'avance ce qui nous a permis de payer beaucoup moins cher.

Hôtel simple et basique mais propre et calme, à proximité du métro. Chambre et lit petits mais suffisant car pour un séjour aussi exceptionnel nous n'étions que très peu à l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner et service au top

Heureusement une seule nuit, qui a desservi le site de reservation. Prix et confort irrealiste. A deconseiller vivement.

Petit hôtel accueillant et bien situé.
Chambre très calme; petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix ce qui n'est pas forcément la règle à New-York et cela est bien pratique. Hôtel proche d'une station de métro. Le personnel est aimable. Nous avons demandé des chambres non-fumeurs alors que la réservation prévoyait des chambres fumeurs : le changement a été fait avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Nous y reviendrions sans hésitation.

Nice hotel, very well located
Chambre propre et bien équipée, service très bien et très bon rapport qualité/prix pour un hôtel à 10-15mn à pied de l'Empire State Building et des gares.

Un emplacement idéal pour visiter New York..
Hotel très bien placé pour visiter New York, proche d'une station de métro qui dessert Manhattan du nord au sud. Personnel à l'écoute et serviable. Petit déjeuner inclus et assez copieux. Chambres petites et lit trop mou, mais salle de bain très propre et bien équipée. Clim bruyante. Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur cour intérieure, particulièrement calme.

Hotel très bien situé, Empire State Building juste à coté, calme, chambre propre petit déjeuner correct, si nous retournons à NEW YORK nous y séjournerons à nouveau

Das Clarion ist kein Hotel mehr, wir konnten nicht einchecken und dort übernachten, sondern mussten am Samstag Abend ein anderes Hotel suchen und Geld gab es auch keines zurück!

Doors to rooms slam really loud. Although they said certain breakfast items were supposed to be available at cafe, no bottled water, granola bars or other items were available. Safe in room did not work. Single bed was super tiny in width and length.

I didn't like the size of the room , I requested double bed room. However according to hotel double bed means single bed. I was unaware if this and had to share a small room with three people.

The room was very, very small even by midtown NYC budget hotel standards. Still, the room was clean, everything worked and the included breakfast was a big plus. Good location, good staff too. If you just need a place to sleep and are not claustrophobic it's a good choice.

What a nightmare, elevator did not work for 3 out of 4 days. Room is as small as your home's bathroom, imagine the bathroom size. Breakfast "included" is just 3 items consisting of uncooked hash browns, burned sausages and little pieces of bacon. Toilet got clogged and they took a whole day to fix it. If it wasnt because it was a holiday weekend I would have stayed in another hotel but unfortunately all hotels were full

Free Night Nightmare
The reason why I am not giving a bad review to this hotel nor showing photos of initial room,, is due to the property Manager who accommodated me as best he could. My initial reaction was not pleasant. And it got exasperated when I contacted Hotels.com's Customer Service to complaint about my experience. The room given was not at all what I had expected, nor seen advertised when determining which hotel to stay during my weekend escape. I became mostly furious when the customer representative virtually told me, that I should probably not mind the room, as I had "received a free hotel stay." She sort of implied this to which I had to tell her that I had paid for all the hotels prior to receiving this "alleged free hotel stay." I had to actually pay an additional $103.00 as the hotel charges an estimate of $200 plus fees. And sorry, this is a 2 1/2 🌟 hotel, there are way better hotels for that price! And I was not given options to book another room at a different hotel. I was practically forced to accept the deal the manager would offer, like it or not. Hence, I am appreciative of Sabine , the manager going out of his way to assist me. Biut quite disappointed in Hotels.Com.

Perfekte Lage in Manhatten, ca. 15 Min zu Fuss bis Grand Central Station oder Empire State Building. Zimmer sehr klein, ohne Ausblick, aber sehr ordentlich. Frühstück war für amerikanische Hotels OK. WLAN im gesamten Hotel gratis. Preiswertes Buffet und Shop 24/7 direkt an der nächsten Kreuzung “Bred & Butter“

John at front desk was great, so was breakfast attendant. Valley worked out good, garage picked up vehicle and dropped off at door when ready, not on site. Rooms are TINY and soso clean. Location is great

It’s a fairly basic hotel but it is serves its purpose. A decent bed, small but private bathroom and a lock on the door. Breakfast was very good with a reasonable selection of items. Staff were very pleasant. AC unit was a bit noisy but not the end of the world. Quite happy as it was a good price point for Manhattan.
