Jennifer, c'est certainement encourageant de savoir que vous avez trouvé l'Hôtel Saint-Pierre bien situé pour votre visite. Nous honorons l’attitude courtoise et attentive des membres de notre équipe. Nous sommes cependant désolés d'apprendre que certains aspects de votre séjour n'ont pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Il est regrettable que vous ayez rencontré des problèmes de chauffage et un niveau de propreté loin d'être idéal. Ces problèmes ont été communiqués à notre équipe afin de les résoudre et de les prévenir pour les futurs clients. Nous espérons que vous avez néanmoins apprécié la Nouvelle-Orléans et nous nous efforcerons de vous offrir une meilleure expérience lors de votre prochaine visite.
