Regarding parking, most every hotel in New Orleans charges for parking. However, we will work harder to make this information more clearly displayed on our websites.

Kyle, it's disappointing to hear about the issues you experienced with the water temperature and television service during your stay. Rest assured, we take matters like these seriously and are looking into them. Moreover, the incident regarding the unexpected room temperature adjustment is unusual and we'll make sure it doesn't recur.
