Pres du Missippi et du centre
Malgré une déco un peu défraîchie, et son côté hall de gare, surtout lors des arrivées massives de clients (face au centre de convention), l'hôtel est agréable, les chambre assez spacieuses (30m²). Lit de bonne qualité. Le personnel est globalement accueillant et attentif. Pour le petit déj, un starbuck est dans l'hôtel, pas donné et pas terrible. Point fort, face à un outlet qui donne sur le Mississipi (avec commerces divers) et possibilité de prendre le petit déj face au fleuve. Autre point fort, fl hôtel se trouve face à la ligne de tram qui traverse le quartier historique.(1 billet à 3 $ permet de sillonner la ville en sautant d'une ligne à une autre.) Bref une semaine plutôt sympa dans cet hôtel qui reste calme malgré une grosse fréquentation.

requested a baby crib in advance, confirmed in advance I would get it. Asked for a baby crib when I checked in at the hotel reception. Never got a baby crib. Told the receptionist in the morning and she gave me an attitude like she could not care less.

Très proche du quartier francais 500m 5 a 10mn a pied a côté de l outlet proche du Wal-Mart calme avec un personnel charmant et très disponible. Service impeccable. La literie devrait être changé mais reste tout à fait acceptable. A conseiller pour tout séjour à la nouvelle Orléans.

Overall a great place to stay. Excellent access to the Convention Center. The Concierge was great, too. The room was clean and everything worked fine, except for the toilet that was quirky and needed a new float. It actually flushed itself in the middle of the night, twice, which I did not think was even possible. The restaurant/bar on the ground floor had good service and good food, although the menu was short. Last, they failed to clean the room one of our six days there.

The hotel was perfect for a quick trip to New Orleans from Atlanta. It was Labor Day weekend and wasn’t overwhelming at all. The staff was courteous, I was able to upgrade our room. This location is across the street from the convention center and shopping at the river walk.we didn’t use our car at all, and it’s about a hot mile from bourbon street! Perfect! Will definitely stay again.

I was in New Orleans for a family event in August, and the heat and humidity was unbearable. Because of that, we found ourseves taking more cab rides than we ever imagined. The staff at the front door was amazing, arranging cab rides for my party, all of us seniors, and helping us in and out of our rides. I do want to give a shout out to Justin at the bar, who was extraordinary in the service he provided to us. Not wanting to deal with cabs and go back out into the heat, we had several dinners ar the hotel, and Justin cheerfully and very kindly helped us create pleasant dining experiences with a limited menu. Very attentive and always so upbeat! He was great! And lastly, the ladies at reception made check in and check out easy and pleasant, very grateful to them.

We had a great stay. I worried about parking a UHaul but there was an available lot right around the corner (*not overseen by the hotel*)! Conveniently located Starbucks in lobby and walking distance to several restaurants. Would stay again.

Loved the inside of the hotel…upscale and the rooms are redone nicely! The outside of the hotel looks old, and the whole area feels unsafe at night. Must use valet for parking ($45-$50/per night plus tips…and tipping each time we left and came back got expensive). Right across the street from convention center and the Riverwalk mall. Super friendly/helpful staff and valet!

We were only there briefly but the hotel was fine. A little far from the quarter but we knew that. Our only issue was trying to get checked in. Since you can't check in until 4, as is with most hotels, there is no place to pull up to unload your luggage . You have to park in the middle of the street and wait along with us to be able to give the car to a valet and check in. There were no luggage carts outside either. I am sure it is normal as i understand businesses are still having trouble hiring help. But all the staff we encountered and including parking attendants were very helpful and friendly

Pricey but nicey
Beautiful rooms. Lots of weddings and large groups at this busy hotel. Breakfast is delicious but expensive although the quality and portion size will set you up until evening time!!
