TRES BEL HOTEL, CLASSE, PERSONNEL AU TOP. DE TRES BELLES PRESTATIONS. LA CHAMBRE EST DE GRANDE QUALITE, LA PISCINE COUVERTE ET CHAUFFEE OUVERTE JUSQU A 23 HEURES...GRANDIOSE APRES UNE JOURNEE FATIGUANTE. LE PERSONNEL EST A L ECOUTE ET DONNE DE BONS CONSEILS. JE RECOMMANDE LE RESTAURANT DE L HOTEL OU LA CARTE EST EXQUISE ET D UN BON RAPPORT QUALITE / PRIX.

Hospitality at the front desk was great. Staff was very helpful to make sure issues were resolved quickly. The facility itself seems to not be at the higher standard as it once was. It's doors and heating unit seems old and a little dated. The outside window iron rails had paint chipping and peeling. Just seems to need some renovation in the details.

Very quiet (which is rare.) We booked last minute for a quick getaway, got an accessible room which only has one night stand and no end table for the easy chair which made it difficult to enjoy the room. Btw pictures of accessible room showed end tables.

Wake up this morning and I found a finger clipping on my sheet. I did not clip my nails the night before. I really hope I didn’t sleep on someone else’s old sheet. I told the desk clerk and he apologized saying they are short on staff. He did not offer a future stay nor discounts

Unfortunately stay for 2 tonight from the moment I walked in ceiling tiles or something from the entrance top was fallen so limited to entrance. 2. 372 room when we walked in the rugs had a bad odor previous old vomit not properly cleaned microwave was burnt inside and last the pool was a nightmare in desperate need of help look unsafe to even go in not find a manager to request a discount or even a common courtesy, like will try to help overall won’t stay even for $50 a night deserved reimbursement, but I will not argue just a hard no for me and whoever comes Sheraton you can do better

I would have preferred the pool to be open later and our ice machine didn't work during our visit. Other than this it's a beautiful hotel and we had a lovely time staying for Christmas.

THE GOOD > The hot breakfast here that was included with the room is absolutely one of the best available anywhere. There's a LOT to choose from: eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, etc. all cooked to perfection and fresh. Several juices, milk, coffee, etc. Fresh fruit. It was just great. Also, the hotel is CLEAN, incl. downstairs lobby bathrooms. And the front desk staff and restaurant staff = VERY nice, professional, and helpful. And it's a very pretty property, holiday decorated nicely. THE NOT-SO-GOOD > The heat in our room didn't work, which made sleeping there overnight on Christmas Eve less than comfortable. I had to crank it to 81degrees to even BARELY get enough warmth to survive the night. It was FREEZING in our Rm#257 (AND... the sink was clogged up and wouldn't drain). And this was our second room, we had to switch from Rm#244 because the toilet wasn't flushing well. Also, in neither room was there any "Do Not Disturb" sign to use on the door. So, come Christmas morning... KNOCK-KNOCK-KNOCK at 8am— "HOUSEKEEPING!" I did not need that. We had a late check-out, but that made no difference. I tried to tell the housekeeper we were leaving at noon, but she came back at 11AM... KNOCK-KNOCK-KNOCK, "HOUSEKEEPING." So much for sleeping late. Apparently, the housekeeper didn't speak English, and nothing on her schedule said we were checking out at noon. Needless to say, it wasn't the most restful one night stay, but we did have a good b'fast.

The room and property in general were an excellent value. Desk staff was especially helpful. Some young guests were a bit noisy late that night, but it's nothing the hotel could have prevented.

The staff was friendly and the food was good but the lobby was freezing cold and could not sit in the lobby. The lighting in the rooms could be better.

Nice, but outdated hotel
Older hotel, even still has the alarm clocks with the integrated 30-pin iPod charger. WiFi didn’t work in my room during the stay, and there wasn’t an EV charger on site (hotels.com did list one at the time). Still a very nice hotel though, with comfortable beds and quiet room.

Our room was a little out dated but clean. My main issue was that our room did not have heat! Did not realize the issue until I woke up at 6am to the room temp at 50 degrees! I went to tell the front desk and I was told the engineer would be in around 7:30. Told them we were checking out around that time so it didn’t matter. Extremely disappointed that the staff did not try to rectify this with partial refund or rewards credits.

A nice hotel.
We were very happy with the hotel overall. The staff was pleasant and friendly, the room was comfortable, the food and drinks at the bar were good. They are pet friendly and have a nice area for dogs. We would return again if in the area.

The room was dirty! I’m pretty sure the sheets had not been properly washed because I developed a rash in the middle of the night. Now I have breakouts in areas I’d never previously gotten breakouts in.

Reserved a queen bed room but upon entering the room assigned it was double beds. Went to front desk and they then told me they had nothing available other than 2 double beds and couldn’t offer me anything.
