You will be provided with a custom door code to access the property. You will have access to the entire house, balcony and the patio.

The property includes all listed utilities (gas, electric, water, trash, high speed fiber internet) and also includes a Smart TV for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows (you will need your own logins to the apps).

SHORT TERM Rentals: The landlord will cover up to $200 on SDGE a month(3 months or less). Any amount over that will be the responsibilities of the lessee. Longer terms renters will pay entire monthly SDGE and water bill, wifi will be covered by landlord. To be energy efficient, we encourage you to turn off lights and TVs when not in use. There is a new washer and dryer.

Cleaning Fee Policy
A one-time cleaning fee is charged for each stay. This fee is applied solely to cover the cost of standard turnover services after checkout, which include professional cleaning, laundering of linens, and sanitization of the property.

This cleaning fee does not cover damages, missing or broken items, or excessive messes left behind. Guests/tenants will be held financially responsible for any such costs in addition to the standard cleaning fee.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
Pets are welcome with prior approval, and additional charges may apply.

5-10 mins to shopping centers, and local restaurants, 10 minutes from San Diego Downtown, Gaslamp, Balboa Park, SeaWorld and Coronado Beach and 5-7 minutes away from local hospital and San Diego Airport.

We kindly ask guests to be considerate of noise levels, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud parties allowed, no tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
