Your review, Olga, has given us the opportunity to clarify some things after this very difficult period for everyone. When a customer arrives we do not know him and I assure you that at this moment, every customer has his needs . Somebody from the airport ask a private car to be sure not to run pandemic risks, Somebody want a public taxi, somebody like you , want to take a bus to go to the other side of the city and then take the metro. Upon your arrival, we considered it appropriate to inform you of the Alibus service which allows you to get from the airport to the Central Station spaced out within the bus and then take the metro of your choice, greatly reducing the duration of the journey. The tours we offer are suitable for the pandemic period, certainly more expensive than a trip by bus or local trains but thanks to the spacing they reduce the risk of contagion. For the same reason, we had to eliminate the breakfast buffets by providing our guests with a menu of 54 choices. On the day of departure you did not warn us that you would not have breakfast and we were waiting for you until 11, thinking we would like you (breakfast closes at 10.00). Due to Covid, we inserted sanitizing with ozone machinery at the departure of the guests, which lengthened the cleaning times of the rooms, for that reason we asked you what time you planned to leave. Your belief that you do not have to pay the € 10.00 tourist tax (€ 2.50 per person per day) is wrong, declaring that expidia has already calculated it in the room price, which is not true as clearly highlighted in the booking officer in your possession. We have paid this contribution on your behalf to the municipality of Naples. We are very sorry for not having lived up to your expectations but we have been trying to do our best for 20 years with a quality standard appreciated by the majority of our guests. Dear Mrs Anna, thank you for taking the time to give us your opinion on staying with us. We are sincerely disappointed that the experience was not in line with his expectations, especially because the points you mentioned such as the friendliness of the staff, the goodness and quality of breakfast, attention to cleanliness are instead our flowers at ' eyelet and are always highly appreciated by our guests. Siamo lieti innanzitutto che abbia trovato la struttura bellissima e il personale cortese.Per quanto riguarda l'orario di arrivo, contattiamo sempre gli ospiti in anticipo per informarli, perché ci teniamo particolarmente ad evitare loro qualsiasi tipo di disagio. La cassaforte è presente in tutte le stanze, seppur un po' nascosta, come ci sembra opportuno che sia. Grazie alla sua segnalazione in futuro ci ricorderemo certamente di essere più puntuali nel segnalarlo agli ospiti in arrivo. All'interno della struttura è vietato fumare, mentre disponiamo di bellissimi spazi esterni dove è possibile farlo sorseggiando un ottimo caffè napoletano offerto da noi. Ci teniamo particolarmente ad assicurarci che questa regola venga rispettata, anche per assicurarci che chi soggiorna nelle camere non abbia nessun disagio di questo tipo. Saremmo felici di averla di nuovo nostro ospite, per poterle dar prova dell'impegno che mettiamo nel nostro lavoro e dell'attenzione che dedichiamo ai nostri ospiti.
