Everything is beautiful except for the room conditions. Pictures are misleading. Room conditions are not only outdated but also need maintenance. Tub is pealing, moldings falling off, windows are pale from age.

The property and staff overall were very nice. The room and balcony were large, but bathroom could use some updating for the price point. The pools and surrounding outdoor areas were very nice. Great food at the outdoor restaurant by the pool. We did the yoga class in the morning, and they had an awesome instructor. The beach was beautiful and easy to get to by walking or taking a golf cart ride provided by the hotel. The beach had plenty of chairs available every day (which were free) and cabanas or umbrellas for a charge.

Llegamos temprano y nos permitieron check in a las 11 am. Excelente servicio, buenos restaurantes, habitaciones super cómodas , las únicas quejas, el refrigerador de l habitación suena terrible y en la noche es difícil para dormir y demasiadas filas para comprar una botella de agua en la playa . Deberían tener otro punto de venta o más personal porque es increíble tener que estar 45 minutos haciendo fila para comprar agua.

4th time. Everything was great as usual but the bathroom had issues. The shower had a lot of mildew stains on the floor and walls and the sink water pressure was very low.

Excellent service from the moment you arrive to the Valet Parking. Important to check prices directly in their website before booking with others. They had a spring special which was $400 less than what I paid for through Expedia.

During our stay we met and were engaged by Dean Wilkinson (great guy) who went out of his way to make sure we had the resort experience we were looking for. The staff around the pools and the outdoor bar area and pizza makers :) all were outstanding as was everyone from the coffee bar/front desk pretty much everywhere we went. Naples grand prop is old and tired and needs to be remodeled. Bathrooms have not been remodeled in over 30 years. Hotel needs a makeover. Hotel is not located directly on the beach. It is 3/4 of a mile to the beach and share the beach with the public. Would not return to this location.

We had such a nice time at this resort! Everyone was very nice and the place was very convenient and the beach was right there so it was perfect! Great pool area too, wonderful amenities.
