Personnel souriant et efficace. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Le mercredi (social hours) est proposé gratuitement : burgers, bières, sodas et vins autour du bar. L'hotel est situé à 20mn en voiture du Pier et du vieux Naples.

Une halte à Naples , station de bord de mer aux villas somptueuses... l’hotel Est certes loin de la plage mais idéal en famille .Appartements 2 chambres tout équipé avec cuisine moderne et confortable Petit déjeuner copieux compris dans le prix Piscine et plusieurs restaurants aux alentours !

Hôtel confortable et pratique avec une joli piscine et spa. Bien situé entre Naples et sanibel. Très sympa leur social hour avec snack et boisson offerts.

My family and I had a great time. The pool was a bit cold, but the kids got to enjoy it. My only complaint is that the sofa bed had a bad smell (maybe from cigarettes), but I asked for an extra sheet to cover it. The staff are excellent and treated us very well.

Really appreciated the cleanliness and the friendly staff. The outdoor pool area was a lovely feature. Felt like I was at a resort. Close to many restaurants as well.

The property was great. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. This property is about 5 miles from Down Town, 5th Street (Galleries and restaurants). I recommend payiing the extra and getting a suite. The pool and breakfast were good too.

Check in was simple. Room was clean and nice size. Comfortable beds. Decent included breakfast eggs, sausage, bagel and breads, waffles, cereal, yogurts. Not too busy which I liked perhaps because it’s closer to I75 than the city. I would stay again.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. Good location. Rooms clean, comfortable and good value. Nice pool area. Wednesday evenings they offer drinks and food.

Room needs renovation. Appliances were dirty, iron almost ruined my dress shirt, spewed out dirty black debris, dining area was not clean, puddles on coffee counter as well as floor. Couch was stained. Will NOT ever return to this property. When I addressed issues with front desk the response was tepid like they knew and didn’t really care.

This is a very nice facility, everything is clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. Even though we didn’t utilize it, the full kitchen would be helpful.

Check in was welcoming, easy and was allowed in early. The major inconvenience was when I returned the only elevator in the building was not working and there was no one at the front desk. I was in a wheelchair and had to have my companions lift the chair up two flights of stairs along with my baggage. I struggled to walk up the two flights of stairs as well. It would be nice to have a refund of some sort for the major inconvenience. Thank you.
