Amazing little house within Napa proper
This place was a pleasant surprise. While the pictures look great, it doesn't do it justice. It was amazing. Happened to chat with the owner, and she was great and very nice. The home being in downtown was one of the best parts. It was a pleasure to walk to where ever we wanted to go, and there were a TON of restaurants and bars to enjoy.

Great Downtown Napa Home
This house was beautiful, clean, and in a great neighborhood. It is walking distance to many great shops and restaurants. Communication was great and very thorough. The finishes and decor inside are very nice. The only thing I would mention is that the upstairs bedroom is open to the downstairs. So, it is more of a loft than an actual bedroom. That being said, it wasn’t an issue for us. Just thought it would be good to know. All in all, a great space for a family or 2 couples.

We just had the perfect four day stay at this adorable property! It was walkable to everything downtown and an easy drive to the wineries. Every detail of the property was perfectly thought out. Mandy was very detailed and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

New remodel in Napa
The house was clean, kitchen well equipped for cooking, and perfect for our stay in Napa. It was easy walking distance to the main street, the river, and lots of shops and cafes. The host was very helpful and responsive. The snack basket and wine was much appreciated! The second bedroom upstairs is spacious, and is loft style, which worked for us, but just FYI. I would highly recommend this modern bungalow!

Great cottage and great location
Love this 2bed 1 bath cottage in Napa. Loved the decor and the bathroom has a heated floor. Close to all that you want to do in Napa. A bakery and breakfast/lunch place are very close for the am coffee run. Easy walk to the river. I would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and practically brand new. It is in a perfect location in downtown Napa with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. After parking, we did not have to drive anywhere so our car stayed put.

Beautiful newly remodeled 2/1. Perfect for my husband, myself and my son who stayed in the upstairs bedroom. We loved that we could literally walk around the corner to a local breakfast/ bakery in the mornings! Right in downtown Napa! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This charming little home was done to perfection! The finish selections and amenities were obviously well thought out to meet the needs of their guests. The location was great, we were able to walk to great restaurants and shopping. The property manager was difficult to reach during a problem that required attention, but the owner came over and resolved the issue and was incredibly kind and helpful. I would love to stay here again!

Loved that the location was very walkable. Great breakfast and dinner options very close to the unit. Things to note: (1) The upstairs bedroom is comfortable, steps and railing are great but it is open to the downstairs. (2) The heat is by fireplace so the downstairs bedroom can get cold if you close the door, more blankets on cold days would be awesome. (3) There is no outdoor area, but that didnt matter to us. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous Napa Getaway!
Amazing location that can’t be beat in Downtown Napa! Walking distance to shopping, bars, tasting rooms, restaurants, and nightlife. This spacious, modern home is perfect for any stay, and the amenities were incredible. You can tell that a lot of care and thought have gone into this property. Great Stay
I would have to assume this home is newly finished. It was so clean and well done. The bathroom has heated floors and a roomy shower. The sitting area is cozy but still somehow seamlessly flows with the rest of the openness of the home. Mandy was great and provided videos of where to park, how to find certain things, etc. The area is SUPER walkable. We were, all in all, within about a 10 minute walk from anything we wanted and wineries were about a 15 minute or so drive. It was perfect for myself and two girlfriends looking to catch up, hangout at few wineries, and grab dinner/breakfast around the downtown area. Thank you, Mandy!
