I like level of security there. However, the policies for guest visitations are a bit strange and inconsistently enforced. Sometimes there is a policy about guests having to provide ID for copies to be made at the front desk but at their discretion according to whether it seems too "late" for a guest to be visiting you, which is strange given that this hotel has a rooftop restaurant, bar and outdoor lounge which can be accessed via a lift without use of a keycard. I suspect these policies are not being enforced for actual security and safety reasons but out of perceived moral judgments about which types of guest and what times are considered "appropriate." This is an annoying, inconsistent policy reflecting less about security and more about front staff's sensibilities about what they consider to be "appropriate". Also, the food variety is good, but it is way too salty and dry. For such a nice-looking establishment, which I myself would love to invest in, the guest policies and less-than-pleasant food definitely make me hesitate about staying there again.

Stay away from this hotel, Bad bad !!!
Stay away from this hotel. Dishonest staff, noisy and alot of repair noises in all rooms. The rooftop bar is noisy and the stuff is rude too. Pricy drinks and I could not sleep when I stayed 9th floor. I left one of my bag at their reception when I checked in but they never told me about it until I realized that I dont have the bag in the room. They only brought back my bag after 4 dayz of complaining. They are corrupt mafia group. The staff dont cooperate. one staff gave me late checkout since am gold member but they demanded extra charge when I tried to checkout even before the offered time was over. Toilets are small and dirty..the lifts arw disfunctional too..Housekeeping girls are good. The reception staff is horrible. Stay away if you can. Internet is good. Dont drink their black coffee tasting bad. you have to ask 100 times before they do any thing. They are many but low quality staff. Never trust them if they tell u something, just tell them to do it now. Horrible place. Main gate security is good.

The hotel is overall ok but personally I wouldn’t rebook it. The sheets and towels were not clean, bathroom super small and dirty. Food terrible and service takes so long

Wonderful hotel
I initially booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 6 night so that should sum it up my experience. It is a wonderful hotel with nice staff. I enjoyed the rooftop bar which for a hotel wasn’t expensive at all. I would stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to other. Oh by the way, AWESOME location!
