Should be shutdown, honestly. Falling apart, bad communication. They charged us more than double for the resort fee which was to only be $50, said that they refunded $65 back to my card, gave me a fake receipt and now 5 business days later and no $65 refund. Lied about what the resort offered. Pools were nasty. The pictures are fake and outdated. My husband is in trades and was shocked they could even be charging people to stay with the amount of codes they failed to meet. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

In 30 years of traveling this was the worst room I've ever stayed in. I only stayed one of the two nights I booked. I would've gone somewhere else but it was too late at night and I didn't want to sleep in the car. I had to go buy roach spray at the all night store and I slept with the lights on and had to wear my shoes in the room. In addition to the filth and roaches my room had no hot water. I let the water run for 10 min and still nothing.

This place is not what is described or shown in this picture. It’s worn down, roach infested and smells. No appliances worked, the fridge was old and smelly, the TV was nothing but static. I took pictures!!! The pools were all closed down and had been for awhile. I’ll never go back

This was the worst trip I’ve ever taken with my family. My 4 year old daughter cried cause the pools weren’t open after I called 3 times to check prior to booking. She stated she didn’t like the room, bed or anything at all (her words). Tv barely worked, no air or bathroom vent. She cried the entire first night saying she wants to go home after begging to go to the beach for 1 year straight. Do not recommend this property, we actually are cutting our trip we paid for short and going home because my daughter is begging to do so. Thank you for ruining our family trip and making this the worst memorable experience she’s had. Not kid friendly and room is not as advertised. I’d rather spend more for better then paid this for lies and a wasted 10 hour drive both ways. Save your money and time unless this going to be your last trip here cause it’s definitely ours. I’ve never had my child cry on a vacation and they have ruined her beach vibe. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!

Not to good stay.
I did not get the ocean front room I booked. It was old and outdated. Pools were closed and disgusting. Didn’t get to swim. Only the ocean. The balcony was rusty. No central air. The customer service was nice but I won’t stay there again.

Bed sheets and bath towels were clean. No hand soap or shampoo in bathroom. Couldn't lock balcony door. Resort was dark no where near enough lighting, made us feel unsafe. Could not access elevator on our floor and ice machine did not work in our building. Staff was nice but we will not be staying there again.

Avoid this 'resort'.
Building was dirty and falling apart. The staff did not respond to a lack of bedding or towels. Safe would not open and had to be removed from wall, and cut open. This is NOT a resort.

I booked a room for 6 people The pics online show a different room than what I have. It was one small room with 2 small beds the sofa in the living room was dirty and nasty. There were blood spots and leftover crumbs inside the sofa. No extra sheets or pillows were provided. The building was nasty the elevator was never clean and someone had pee inside and it was a nasty smell. Overall I will never go back or recommend this hotel to no one waste money.

Disappointing stay for the labor day weekend
I am giving a two star because of the location (on the beach and have free water park). There are plenty of hotels on the beach so we will not be booking here again. The room was not cleaned properly and have sand on the floor when we first checked in. There was no hair dryer so we went to ask at the front desk and the lady there was nice but after three nights, we never got the hair dryer and had to go to the front office often to get towels and had our cards activated. We never see a single housekeeping personnel the whole weekend we were there.

The pictures are very misleading… We were told our room was at the Dune’s building… there was one small elevator that smelled like urine had been there for days! But I appreciate I was able to get a refund… I was very disappointing because it took us 2 hrs to find another hotel

The nightmare hotel
Coming here I definitely felt scammed. Nothing looked like the way it was advertised on Hotels.com. The whole place was falling apart and very rusty. The lights was flickering in the entire building. Elevator looked like it hasn't been serviced in forever. There was so much water damage to the entire building but they just kept taking reservations. The couch had rips and stains in the room. The air-conditioning had a burning smell coming from it. My kids were terrified and so was I. Staff was very nice and helped me with my return so that was the only plus.

The first room that was given to us was horrible. Air conditioning unit had rags stuffed around the cracks. You could see the light coming inside. There were gnats in the room. It felt dirty, I was very disgusted. The second room had brown stains on the pull out mattress. Stains on the floor. The couch needed to be cleaned. Even the furniture in the office was dirty. This place needs an upgrade big time. It took forever to find a parking spot. I would never recommend this place to anyone. One thing I can say is that the staff was great.

The room was filthy. There was two towels and wash cloths for a room that was supposed to sleep 6. There was no linen for sofa bed. Towels and linen arrived Wednesday. The room was changed upon arrival. When we requested to have the room we reserved, we were told we could move the next day. When we called the next day the “manager” said the request would not be honored. We decided to leave after going back and forth with her since 9 am. She said since the request was after 12 we had to pay for an additional day. Horrible experience.

Only good thing i can say about this place os the location being right on the beach. Our room was not good. No vent in the bathroom. Had to do a balancing act on the toilet while listning to the porcelain scrape. The sofa bed had no linens upon arrival, and the matrice was very stained. All but one of the pools was closed. I will not be going back.

Don’t waste your money
We picked this hotel because of the water park attacked. The water park looks nothing like the picture, and it was closed for the season even though it was still before Labor Day. Our first room had a broken bed, leaking toilet, tv that didn’t work, and one of the ACs did not work. This was a 3 bed room. They moved us into a 2 bed room and when I asked if there was any 3 bed rooms available since that’s what we booked and paid for it took them 3.5 hours to call back. Tuesday while the at the pool a man came And said he had to close the pool For a few hours to fix the light which was fine. He didn’t even come back to fix it until Wednesday late afternoon so for basically 2 days not only was the advertised water park not available neither was the pool. No one at the front desk ever had any answers other than “ I’m not sure”. The hand railings were so rusty my son cut his hand pretty bad while holding it walking down the steps. The elevator would not work when trying to leave the 4th floor. Ice machine was “not usable for the season” the fire alarm was not on the wall but in a drawer. All around the whole week was let down after let down. I would never recommend this place to anyone, my children were so disappointed

Was horrible 0 star experience .. had 3 kids .. room with kitchenette had no plates bowls silverware.. sand in beds and whole room. Horrible time getting towels and wash clothes, wall recepticals bare and showing wires.. smoke detector dead .. tip bolt lock broken on main door and glass door to beach lock didnt work.. remote didnt work for tv.. staff could care less looked like they was off the street as well whole area runned down.. had rotten food whole stay outside down hallway of hotel told them day 1.. pitiful will never return should be condemed

La propiedad tenía mal olor tanto en la habitación como en el exterior y los elevadores, en el exterior tenía un fuerte olor a orine y las habitaciones como a humedad, nunca nos cambiaron las toallas en los 3 días que estuvimos hospedados y tampoco hicieron limpieza en la habitacion, y desde el día 1 los pisos de la habitacion se sentían y estaban sucios imposibles caminar descalzos y la mayoría viajamos con niños por lo que la higiene debería ser primordial, el internet nunca funcionó

After arriving we had trouble finding a place to park. We have a family of 6 the room they put us in was not big enough for six people and for the price I paid we should’ve had a stove in the condo and also we expected beach front! This was nothing like our first experience! We were even locked out of our condo bc I had thought they checked me in for both rooms when we first got there. Also we were so fed up we left day early! Kids were restless and home sick. If you’re going to Myrtle beach please find a different room. This is probably the most run down buildings there!

Poorly maintained
Resort is very poorly managed and maintained. Multiple pools out of service, ice machine and elevator out of service.

Definitely low budget the all pools didnt work some were green the ones that did work the water was cloudy. No phones in rooms so was unable to get room service unless i walked across the street to the office i wont be going back the pictures lie.

We ran out of towels told front desk never received extra towels ! Water Park Was fine ! No phone in the room ! Place look underrated
